I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I have no heart burn or reflex problem. ## Some undigested food particles appearing in your stool is a normal occurence. And no, Pan contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Prescribed to me for Cholestrol and was effective too. What alternative (vegetable/fruits) can I use (I am pure vegetarian) so that I do not have to take it and I can effectively control Triglyseride and LDL mainly. ## I have been prescribed Atorlip-F and Pantocid DSR for Cholestrol control. I wonder if there are any other ways that I can control Cholestrol without taking these kind of tablets / medicines? I suffer from light Gout once a year, but it is so painful. What medicines is best for Gout? Thank you.

I would like to know if the colors on xanax bars mean anything, like strength? I have seen the long bars with four lines to divide them in white, yellow, and green. Any info you can give me would be great, thanks.
