An M or W on one side, nothing on the other side. ## A dark maroon/brown pill med in size, on one side it has either a W or M, both look capital size(block?). Has nothing on the other side, it's smooth. ## There is nothing that matches this description with just an M on it listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases. With nothing else to the imprint, it makes me suspect that this is an over the counter item. I found a round brown pill with G 159 on it. I'm not sure what it is. If anyone knows what this is, please tell me. ## Its a type of stool softener, it will help constipation, and nausea. It's an over the counter med. I'm gonna try them myself tonight. I'm prescribed pain meds so when I use the bathroom its sometimes uncomfortable. Its called Senna-Lax from Kroger. So I had taken tramadol a couple times in the past. I started out taking 6 pills at 50 mg each. The second time I did it I took 6 as well and my tolerance had already built up on them and they did next to nothing. A few days later I decided to up my dosage to 8 pills or 400mg along with about 1 1/2 beers. I got home that night and went to bed around midnight feeling pretty medicated. I woke up at 2:30am covered in vomit surrounded by paramedics wondering what the f*** just happened. Turns out I had a seizure and was throwing up the nastiest brown colored vomit I've ever seen.
