What is the difference between roxicodone and oxycodone ? ## From what I understand, Roxicodone and Oxycodone are both the exact same medication. The only difference you might find would probably be in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that different manufacturers use in their tablets. I think the real confusion sets in when people start discussing Percocet (which is sometimes partially labeled as Oxycodone). I was told to take one table twice a day. when is the brst time of day to take these? ## Timing is going to be different for everyone based on their specific dosing schedule and number of pills taken; but it seems as though the best approach for 24hr around-the-clock pain relief would be to take one in the morning and one in the evening. However, the usual adult dosage for this medication is one tablet every 6 hours as needed for pain. I hope this helps!
