I got dispensed a pill that looks like an Mblock 30mg same size same shape but has an imprint of the A 215.. Tastes like oxycodone. I have been on oxycodone 15mg for awhile now and it's always been light green with a 214 on it. Today I got my prescription and it was changed to peach w 113 on it. What's the difference? Why do they do that ## The only difference is the manufacturer, the tablet you received still contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, it's just made by a different company. Since this is a generic, there are many companies that manufacture it and, when they need to restock their supply, your pharmacy will order from whichever company is offering the cheapest prices. I got some dark green small round pills with an M and 15 on the same side. Supposedly they are 15 mg oxy but the searches I've done show that a 15 mg oxy should be light green with M on one side and 15 on the other. I can't find anything with the imprint only on one side that looks like these so I am afraid to take them. What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg.. I've been taking oxycodone 15mg green tabs for chronic pain management. My last prescription I dropped off at Walmart pharmacy. When I picked up my prescription the pills the pharmacist showed me looked very different from the green round pills I'm used too taking. Theses pills, made my Rhodes made me sick immediately. I suffered withdrawal like symptoms (headache, dry mouth, anxiety) and had little or no pain relief for two weeks. I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink.
