I'm currently taking dilaudid 4mg & a fentanyl 25mg patch. All I can say is that it seems to me that the hydromorphone "dilaudid" isn't effective as my oxys Irs or my morphine Irs used to be. I was wondering if anyone thinks that taking oxy is better than dilaudid ## I am on the same two meds fentanyl 25 & dilaudid 4 & the dilaudid just isn't helping me. I'm on the fentanyl 50 transdermal gel patch and am not sure why they have chosen to put me on it so quickly. Can anyone shed some light for me on this subject? My PCP had me on a sript of 120mg oxycodone..skipped lortab.. anyway I was only having to take about 90mg of that oxy to maintain my pain from bulging disks and herniated disk in my neck. I am scripted oxycodone 5mg 3x day, but for the past 2 months I started taking 80-90mg a day. Last Sunday I decided I needed to stop and taper so I had to drop from 90mg to 10mg a day. It has been 6 days. I can't stop crying. I am hopeless. I don't know if I should just stop the 10mgs or if I should keep tapering down. I don't know why I started taking so much, but I do need it for pain and I do have someone that can monitor the administration of it to me. My question is...when will this end? Percocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and neither of them are in any of the available prescription doses in 25mgs. The max on the Oxycodone is 10mgs and the minimum on the Acetaminophen is 325mgs. The letters on a pill also do not necessarily denote what they are. That said, I cannot find this listed in any of our databases. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you also tell us that shape?

A rose-colored oblong pill that has 7.5/3.25mg. on one side and E700 on the other side is it the same as percocet 602 ## Well the generic Percocet with the 602 marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone. However, the E 700 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Oxycodone. It is sold under the name Endocet and is stronger, since it has more of the Oxycodone.
