I found a pill that is white and oval shaped that has 2276 or 2275 imprinted on one side and 93 on the other. What is it? ## Hi Sandy, I was unable to locate a match with the "2276" imprint, but I did however find that the "2275" imprint comes up as the pill you are describing. NOTE: just for verification, the 93 is one side, and on the other side the 22 and 75 are separated by a score line. The imprint "93 22 75" is identified as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate (125 mg). This combination results in an antibiotic with an increased spectrum of action and restored efficacy against amoxicillin-resistant bacteria that produce -lactamase. Hope this helps!

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. I found this half blue pill oval looks like a can only it says is 8 6 ## @jtv, I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean about it "looking like a can"? If it's half an oval pill, how do you consider this to be so? A 12.00 mm light blue oval (220mg) Naproxen sodium tablet with "L368" on one side and blank on the other, sounds like a close prospect (whereas if it were cut in half you'd see '68' or '89'). The main problem with having half a pill is that the other markings are the only thing that can narrow it down to something specific. So finding an accurate match could be anyone's best guess…especially without a photograph to go off of… If it's very important to you though, something you may want to look into is having t...

What is a small round light blue pill with 220 imprinted on one side and blank on the other? I found it at home with children and just looking to see if I should worry? ## Hi Marbear, If the light blue pill your describing has a bit of an oval shape to it, then my findings point to Naproxen sodium 220mg; an over-the-counter NSAID used for inflammation, fever, minor aches and pains. From what I could gather, the Drug Identification Number is 02385007. If you still have any doubts about the pill ID, I would also encourage you to take it into a local pharmacy for a second opinion.
