It has a capital letter G188 imprinted on the top. It's a large pill, but not as large as a vitamin. It also has a grainy texture and not smooth. ## This is an over the counter fiber supplement containing Methylcellulose, used to increase ones fiber intake and alleviate constipation. If so, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.
