So in your comparison, both drugs contain the same active ingredients, just in different doses. Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 10 325 is a generic for Norco containing Hydrocodone 10mg and Acetaminophen 325mg. Vicodin 500 contains Hydrocodone 5mg and Acetaminophen 500mg. So the generic Norco which you have contains twice as much Hydrocodone (the opioid ingredient) but less Acetaminophen than the Vicodin. Need ingredieants in hydrocodone 10500. ## Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate and the APAP is medical speaks for Acetaminophen, they are the 10 and 500mgs respectively. However, this is a generic for Vicodin, or Norco and the generics are manufactured by several different companies, so I can't provide you any details on the inactive ingredients, without knowing the manufacturer of your specific tablets. I am prescribed 5 mug of oxycodone. On the bottle is shows round white 48/10 but the pill inside is round white, bigger and just has the # 223.
