Is it daytime or nighttime ## Hello, Robert! How are you? The FDA lists this medication as containing Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. The typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. So, there is nothing in this to cause sleepiness that would necessitate its being taken at night, unless that's when your doctor has instructed you to take it. Is there anything else I can help with?

I took Estra-noreth for 3 1/2 weeks and stopped taking it. I started spotting and vaginal bleeding. I have not had a period in 7 years and started this drug for hot flashes. Is it normal to bleed upon stopping the drug? ## Hi T Smith, Based on my research, vaginal spotting or breakthrough bleeding is a side effect of Estra-noreth (Estradiol + Norethindrone). It's possible that it is still in your system and is trying to work its way out. If this problem worsens I would definitely contact your doctor, just to be safe. I hope this helps!

I have been taking estra/noreth 0.5 for a little over a month for menapausal symptoms. I havent had a period for 5 years and started bleeding. I know that breakthrough bleeding is a side effect but was wondering if this is temporary or will happen every month? ## Hello, Kitty! How are you? Sorry about the bleeding, I know that's something we certainly don't want back, once it stops! Since you are post-menopausal, any bleeding should be checked by your doctor just to be safe and make sure that it's only being caused by the HRT. However, it most likely is nothing to worry about, it happens to most women when they take HRT and it usually only happens once. Even though you are menopausal, your body still produces estrogen, which does cause buildup of the endometrial lining...

I have been taking this medication for postmenopausal symptoms and have been very satisfied with the results. Until 2 weeks ago when I had 1 week of heavy vaginal bleeding. I have not had a period in two years and this did not really feel like a period since it did not slow down, it just abruptly stopped after a week. Now 10 days later bleeding returns and severe cramps. This is not "breakthrough bleeding" or "spotting". I am considering going off these pills. ## Hello, Tater! How are you? If you are post menopause and experiencing vaginal bleeding, you need to consult your doctor. That could be the sign of a medical problem. Have you contacted your doctor, yet? ## no, she did explain to me that I may have breakthrough bleeding while on this medication but was not expect...

Ifa norex makes half of my face numb and head as well. Should I be concern? ## Hello, Alicia! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. The FDA lists this as containing the active ingredient Amfepramone. It is a stimulant medication, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and it can cause some serious side effects, such as elevated heart rate and elevated blood pressure, which could put you at risk of a heart attack or stroke. Are you on any other medications?

I'm wanting to know where I can find ifa norex? Can you help point me in the right direction and how much does it typically cost? ## Hello, Rebecca! How are you? I'm sorry, but IFA-Norex is not available in the U.S. Such medications require a doctor's prescription here. It is listed as containing Diethylpropion, which according to the FDA is used to aid in weight loss. Its acts a stimulant, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and insomnia. The reason it requires a prescription and doctor's supervision here is due to its potentially being habit forming and the fact that stimulants can elevate heart rate and blood pressure, so if used improperly, or by people with certain other medicati...
