My wife has hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5-325 generics for a previous foot surgery she had in May. We had a babysitter today watching our kids and when we got home this evening she went to get one for a migraine she had going on and there was a white, round, no coating or imprint pill in the bottle. Neither of us have many medications or are familiar with them and cannot remember what they looked like but it doesn't seem right. how strong is this one? ## The only tablet I can find with 533 on it, imprinted in black on a white pill is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 200mgs of Tramadol, which is a mild opioid that is used to treat, or prevent pain. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipation. Does this match the description of your pill?

Are there any markings on the pill in question? That is what would enable me to check what it contains for you. Can you please post back and clarify? I had seven yellow norcos in a bag and left them in the pocket of my pants... put the pants in washer for a few min. They are still yellow an only desolved a lil. Will they still work??? ## From your description, I would probably encourage you to toss them for one good reason; and that's because you probably don't want to ingest any residue from whatever laundry detergent you used at the time. If it were not for that, IMHO, they might've still been fine to take, but may be noticeably less potent from having been partially dissolved. I hope this helps!

Norco 750 white with pink dots ## Prescription drugs that contain Acetaminphen are not allowed to have more than 325 mg of Acetaminphen now. ## @Michelle, Post #1 is correct. Acetaminophen is capped out at 325mg now-a-days. So the old Vicodin's with 750mg of Acetaminophen are no longer being made. However you can still get the 7.5mg dose of Hydrocodone. I wouldn't want such high amounts of Acetaminophen in my tablets anyways though since the risk of liver damage is always there. Makes me wonder why they still bother putting Acetaminophen in medications, seeing that it offers very little benefits vs risks. Did you also have any specific questions regarding these pills? Oxycodone? White oval pill with Watson 625 on it. ## Is watson 625 a generic or brand name for Norco.?Are the inert ingredients the same? ## @Dave, The closest match I can find based on the description you provided, is a white oval pill with the imprint WATSON 825. It contains (650 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Oxycodone hydrochloride. Norco is a combination of Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are similar but NOT the same. Therefore, this pill would not act as a substitute. If you're sure that the imprint is WATSON 625, could you provide a picture? That would give me a better chance of identifying the pill.

This pill is suppose to be a low dose Norco. White,round,flat on two sides, one side has a line, the other side has an imprint of OU? or ON? On it. ## So far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, what I can tell you is that there is no Norco or generic equivalent on the market in the U.S. that matches this description.
