White small oblong pill with ip110; norco. Why it doesn't work as good as watson? ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Norco. This tablet is made by Interpharm. As to why it may not work as well as the ones made by Watson, well, it is a generic version of the drug. I know when you are given a generic or read the information pamphlets about them, you are told that they are exactly the same as their name brand counterparts, however, this is done to try to prevent people from being afraid to take needed medications. The truth however, is quite different. Under federal law, generics are allowed to differ in the active ingredient from their name brand counterparst by as much as PLUS OR MINUS 20%. The FDA considers this an allowable diffe... ...

Norco 539 which pharmacy drug that sells this brand. No generic please. Address Huntington Beach, California. ## Have you tried asking at your local pharmacies to see if they can order it in for you? Some can order it, they just don't always keep it in stock, since it isn't used as frequently as the generic. You should be aware, however, that you will be required to pay whatever the relevant price is for the number of tablets you need to purchase to fill your prescription. ## Guess what guys, you won't find one. Welcome to Fascist America. Nixon's jackboots on the ground, known as the lying 'DEA', has made it near impossible for your pharmacy to get the Norco it needs to fill prescriptions. They are only allowed a small disbursement each month. When that is fille... ...

WHAT DO ALL THE PILLS OF THIS RX LOOK LIKE? ## I could not possibly post a description of all of them, since it is available as a generic, there are far too many of them on the market. The name brand actually says NORCO on the tablet, with numbers underneath it. If you can post back with the imprint from the tablet you are asking about, I will gladly look it up for you. Can you post back with this information? ## Is watson 3023 a generic tablet of norco? ## Alleged norco 10/325 tablet. Description: large white oblong tab with a V or checkmark imprint on one side. Tablet size looks like larger than 325. No shrink wrap packaging like 10 tab samples with manufacturer name, ndc number, med description, etc. ## Watson 353 white other side just has a line across it ## @Angie, are you sure you... ...

I take uo3 hydrocodone 10/325and it's the best ## Hello, Davey! How are you? Thank you for making such a helpful post. The FDA classifies Norco as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any questions or concerns? ## Which is better the hydrocodone /Acet10/325white pills watson853 or hydrocodone /Acet 10/325 white pills M367. ## I found that the yellow football shaped marked with a v on 1side & 36 01 work best for me ## Hahaha too funny! Obviously you're either a company representative or you've never taken a decent brand of generic Norco to know the difference. I tend to think it's the former since you stated the U03 Aurolife Norcos ... ...

What is the difference in the yellow Norco 10-325mg and the white Norco 10-325mg? ## Hello, Fred! How are you? They are just manufactured by different companies, which is common with generic medications. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've used the yellow ones with a check mark on them for years and they work good. Years ago I use yellow Watson's and they worked really good and fast. I had the white Watson's this year and they work fast but don't seem to last as long. Just my opinion, stick with the yellow ones. ## I only have 2 pharmacies I can go to with my insurance. Why is it small and yellow, I was taking the lortab blue pill ## The color and size don't actually mean anything, the company may just manufacture their pills differently, so they use less fillers, than other manufacturers. What are the markings on the tablet in question? The name brand Norco that is a yellow tablet in the 10/325mg dosage is oval and has the marking NORCO 539 on one side of the tablet. There is also a generic, that is a yellow, oval with the marking WATSON 853. Another yellow, oval one with the marking 3601 on one side and a V on the other side. Do any of these match the tablet you have? If not, please post back with markings and I will gladly check it for you. ...

My wife has been prescribed norco 10/325mg and has tried different mfg's due to different phamacy's brand they carry, she states that only Mallinckro works to stop the pain from two spinal fusions and a broken hip and femor. What pharmacy carries this brand, we got it when we were with kaiser and now we are with scan and cannot seem to obtain this mfg. ???? thanks Jim ## There is actually no way to know which generic that any given pharmacy is carrying, at any given time. It can vary, depending on which manufacturer is offering the cheapest price, when they they need to restock their supply. Have you tried asking the pharmacy if they can order the other in for her? ## WALMART they only carry this brand for it is not popular on the streets ## Is there anyone out there that not on... ...

There IS a difference between generic brands of Norco!
1 Reply RSS
I've been taking Norco 10/325 for quite some time and have noticed a MAJOR difference in quality and effectiveness between manufacturers. To me the Mallinckrodt 367 are the most effective all around. Interpharm/Amneal (same company /have merged) IP110 version comes in second for me. Watson seems to be the worst with noticeably much less effectivepain relief and with me seems to act more like a sedative, knocking me out which sucks when you want to be functional/productive. Qualitest is okay but seems to be similar to the Watsons only with less sedation. Personally if the pharmacy doesn't carry Mallinckrodt or Interpharm/Amneal then I won't fill my prescription there. I know this subject has been discussed here many times before but I figure since the recent apparent formula ... ...

I was forced into taking Caraco Norco. This cheap manufacturer should be banned. Mallinkrodt lasted all 6 hours. Caraco when there was some relief with 2 pills lasted only 3 hours. This is how patients O.D. How do we get this ineffective brand banned? Can we get a legal case going against pharmacies for pushing ineffective meds? We have to pay for these meds, we are patients suffering and should be able to trust our medication is good quality. This has to stop. ## The whole premise behind brand vs generic is when the patent runs out for brand a generic is made by the same or another company . The absolute rule from the beginning of generic's is that the are suppose to be exactly equivalent to the brand name. Something extremely dangerous is happening with what some of the cheap comp... ...

Anneal Norco Generic Hydrocodone

I have experienced many generic brands, including Watson and Qualitest. My pharmacy just changed to the Amneal brand 10-325 hydrocodone/APAP. I am just not sure what to think about this. The pills have an IP on them. What have been the experiences of others taking this specific generic brand? ## Because these drugs can affect each individual differently, my opinion is that trial and error through one's own personal experience is the only way to accurately judge the efficacy of a specific tablet. On the other hand, I do get the sense that some brands/generics are manufactured with less quality inactive ingredients than others, potentially making them more prone to cause side effects or placebo-like responses from varying degrees of bioavailability. I haven't taken the Amneal bran... ...

White Watson 10/325 Norco is ineffective and did not show in my system! How did that happen??? I want my yellow Norco back. Anyone know who carries these nationally? ## Qualitest is the yellow one. The white ones do not work. ## Pharmacies vary on the generics they carry. They may carry one generic this week and not have it again for a few weeks, months or the rest of the year. You have to call right before you go and ask to speak to the Pharmacist. Ask the Pharmacist if they carry a particular generic brand. Be sure and tell the Pharmacist how many tablets your prescription is for and the mg. If you can't get this info over the phone, ask to speak to the Pharmacist Before you turn your prescription in. ## Is the (yellow 3601 V) Better then the White Watson ...

10/325 quailiest Verses Watson Verses white or yellow (BRAND NAME NORCO)
110 Replies RSS
Hello Hydrophone world: My experience is this. You can not beat Name Brand scored NORCO 10/325 . However, my experience is Watson is a softer compound, & works faster. Now, the other generic NORCO 10/325 (36 01) scored other side. This is made by QUAILITEST: many people say they suck, because in fact, it is a harder compound to digest/desolve, therefore not getting a good feeling, but the slight slower release makes Quailiest (NORCO) actually kill the pain more so than Watson (GENERIC) 10/325. The watson have the edge, however the Qualitiest last longer & are so dang close, only a Dog may know the difference. Personally me, & all the 4 companies that make generic NORCO can stick it. Your/My Dr. is going to request the yellow dye, I do get allergic reactions minor, but enough t... ...

my doc told me he was giving me norcos but the bottle says generic for lortab white oblong IP109. so is it a Norco or lortab? ## Hello! How are you? I'm sorry about the confusion, but I'm happy to clear it up for you! Norco and Lortab are both name brands for a medication that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it it really doesn't matter which one your pharmacy lists on the label, they have still provided you with the correct medication. The tablet you've received is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry ... ...

Is the norco 10/325 176 made by Sun Pharmaceuticals stronger than the norco 10/325 Watson brand? I was taking Watson and they gave me 176. ## Hello, Debbie! How are you? While there can be differences between generic medications, as permitted by the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, what it really comes down to is what works for you. Have you tried taking this one, yet? If so, has it been helping you? The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. ## In my opinion, the Watson brand works so much better than the one imprinted with 176. I've taken both and much prefer the Watsons. ## I finally found a Norco 10/325 that works by Sun manuf. I used to take Watson brand but th... ...

The Norco 10/325 Mallinckrodt works the best for me!

I used to take Norco 10/325 for chronic pain by Watson, but Watson was bought out by Actavis. Wow, the difference in pain control went from 10 to zero. All Walgreens and CVS pharmacy's only carry Actavis, so I called around and finally found the generic that works even better than Watson's, and that's Mallinckrodt, at least for me. Most hospital pharmacies carry Mallinckrodt. Amneal, Qualitest and so many other manufacturers are absolute garbage! I have chronic pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in every joint in my body. why are they taking the yellow norco off the shelf, and replacing it with another pill that supposedly has the ssame ingrediance.?Norco did not have the same efect as uo3.Why is the results differant if the doesage is the same? ## Hello, Danny! How are you? There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, because they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984. Thus, if you were taking one that might have been slightly higher and then the new one is a little low, it may not work as well for you. However, since the difference are slight, your body may adjust in about a week or so. If you continue to have problems, you should speak to your doctor. The FDA classifies this me... ...

What Is The Difference Between P110 10 325 Hydrocodone And Norco
3 Replies RSS
When I take the yellow Norco 10-325, I usually wait about 30 minutes till they take affect and most often feel somewhat energized and a bit more relaxed. When I take the P110 10-325 hydrocodone, I feel lethargic and often drowsy and sad. Why is there such a difference? ## Well, there can be some fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredients when go from a name brand, such as Norco, to a generic, like the one with the IP 110 marking. Hydrocodone is a narcotic and you may actually be getting a little more of it in the generic one, so that may be why you feel more lethargic and drowsy when you take it. Learn more Norco details here. If it's that problematic, you could try asking your doctor to prescribe it as brand medically necessary, to avoid the problem. Are there any other qu... ...
