Norco 539 which pharmacy drug that sells this brand. No generic please. Address Huntington Beach, California. ## Have you tried asking at your local pharmacies to see if they can order it in for you? Some can order it, they just don't always keep it in stock, since it isn't used as frequently as the generic. You should be aware, however, that you will be required to pay whatever the relevant price is for the number of tablets you need to purchase to fill your prescription. ## Guess what guys, you won't find one. Welcome to Fascist America. Nixon's jackboots on the ground, known as the lying 'DEA', has made it near impossible for your pharmacy to get the Norco it needs to fill prescriptions. They are only allowed a small disbursement each month. When that is fille... ...

WHAT DO ALL THE PILLS OF THIS RX LOOK LIKE ## I could not possibly post a description of all of them, since it is available as a generic, there are far too many of them on the market. The name brand actually says NORCO on the tablet, with numbers underneath it. If you can post back with the imprint from the tablet you are asking about, I will gladly look it up for you. Can you post back with this information? ## norco wanted ## watson 3023 ## Alleged norco 10/325 tablet. Description: large white oblong tab with a V or checkmark imprint on one side. What the difference in the yellow Norco 10-325mg and the white Norco10-325mg ## Hello, Fred! How are you? They are just manufactured by different companies, which is common with generic medications. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've used the yellow ones with a check mark on them for years and they work good. Years ago I use yellow Watson's and they worked really good and fast. I had the white Watson's this year and they work fast but don't seem to last as long. Just my opinion, stick with the yellow ones. ## I only have 2 pharmacies I can go to with my insurance. white small oblong ip110 norco. why it doesn't work as good as watson? ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Norco. This tablet is made by Interpharm. As to why it may not work as well as the ones made by Watson, well, it is a generic version of the drug. I know when you are given a generic or read the information pamphlets about them, you are told that they are exactly the same as their name brand counterparts, however, this is done to try to prevent people from being afraid to take needed medications. The truth however, is quite different. Under federal law, generics are allowed to differ in the active ingredient from their name brand counterparst by as much as PLUS OR MINUS 20%. The FDA considers this an allowable differential tha... ...

Why is it small and yellow, I was taking the lortab blue pill ## The color and size don't actually mean anything, the company may just manufacture their pills differently, so they use less fillers, than other manufacturers. What are the markings on the tablet in question? The name brand Norco that is a yellow tablet in the 10/325mg dosage is oval and has the marking NORCO 539 on one side of the tablet. There is also a generic, that is a yellow, oval with the marking WATSON 853. Another yellow, oval one with the marking 3601 on one side and a V on the other side. Do any of these match the tablet you have? If not, please post back with markings and I will gladly check it for you. ...

My wife has been prescribed norco 10/325mg and has tried different mfg's due to different phamacy's brand they carry, she states that only Mallinckro works to stop the pain from two spinal fusions and a broken hip and femor. It can vary, depending on which manufacturer is offering the cheapest price, when they they need to restock their supply. 10/325 quailiest Verses Watson Verses white or yellow (BRAND NAME NORCO)
12 Replies RSS
Hello Hydrophone world: My experience is this. You can not beat Name Brand scored> NORCO 10/325 . However, my experience is Watson is a softer compound, & works faster. Now, the other generic NORCO 10/325 (36 01) scored other side. This is made by QUAILITEST: many people say they suck, because in fact, it is a harder compound to digest/desolve, therefore not getting a good feeling, but the slight slower release makes Quailiest (NORCO) actually kill the pain more so than Watson (GENERIC) 10/325. The watson have the edge, however the Qualitiest last longer & are so dang close, only a Dog may know the difference. Personally me, & all the 4 companies that make generic NORCO can stick it. Your/My Dr. is going to request the yellow dye, I do get allergic reactions minor, but eno... ...

is ip 109 a norco pill

my doc told me he was giving me norcos but the bottle says generic for lortab white oblong IP109. so is it a Norco or lortab? ## Hello! How are you? I'm sorry about the confusion, but I'm happy to clear it up for you! Norco and Lortab are both name brands for a medication that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it it really doesn't matter which one your pharmacy lists on the label, they have still provided you with the correct medication. The tablet you've received is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry ... ...

why are they taking the yellow norco off the shelf, and replacing it with another pill that supposedly has the ssame ingrediance.?Norco did not have the same efect as uo3.Why is the results differant if the doesage is the same? ## Hello, Danny! How are you? There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, because they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984. Thus, if you were taking one that might have been slightly higher and then the new one is a little low, it may not work as well for you. However, since the difference are slight, your body may adjust in about a week or so. If you continue to have problems, you should speak to your doctor. The FDA classifies this me... ...

What Is The Difference Between P110 10 325 Hydrocodone And Norco
1 Reply RSS
When I take the yellow Norco 10-325, I usually wait about 30 minutes till they take affect and most often feel somewhat energized and a bit more relaxed. When I take the P110 10-325 hydrocodone, I feel lethargic and often drowsy and sad. Why is there such a difference? ## Well, there can be some fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredients when go from a name brand, such as Norco, to a generic, like the one with the IP 110 marking. Hydrocodone is a narcotic and you may actually be getting a little more of it in the generic one, so that may be why you feel more lethargic and drowsy when you take it. Learn more Norco details here. If it's that problematic, you could try asking your doctor to prescribe it as brand medically necessary, to avoid the problem. Are there any other qu... ...

I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? Has anyone else had a problem with the U03 10/325 hydrocodone. Im frightened to take them but need pain relief. ## Yes, your pharmacy couldn't dispense it to you, if it weren't FDA approved. But there can be fluctuations from one generic medication to another, or when going from the name brand to a generic. That means this one may be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredients, so it may not work as well for you as the other one did. Usually, the fluctu... ...

My doctor changed mine as well due to the affects on the liver. I understand the hesitation. When he changed mine I wasn't thrilled either, but I'm a creature of habit & dislike change in routines. Does Norco Contain Codeine

Norco is the brand name by Watson for 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg of acetaminophen, they also make the generic. Norco is yellow in color and caplet shaped.Originally it was only 10mg, now it's 7.5 and 5, hydrocodone and the same Tylenol in all. Has no codiene in it. Hydrocodone is a semi synthetic drug, a ketone of codeine and is 8 times stronger than codiene, mg to mg.has a more sedative effect and has a half life of 3.8 hrs compared to codiene's 2.5 hrs. ## I've been taking Norco, 10-325, for over fifteen years on an occasional basis because of back pain due to auto accidents, surgeries. Is this pill consider Norco and dose it work as good as the watson ## Hi JoAnn, To answer your first question, Hydrocodone bitartrate + APAP is a generic for brand name Norco. The APAP is simply an abbreviation for Acetaminophen. In terms of how it compares to the Watson (Actavis) formula, this is something that can only be determined by you since everyone is affected different by the same medication(s). Not only that, but you didn't actually list what manufacturer makes your pill, so there is no feasible way to compare it to another manufacturer? ...

personally i think, the DEA, is cracking down, i know the doctors are scared their gonna lose their license, where i live they are getting ridiculous about it! there is an epidemic, which in return is ruining it for us folks who really need the stuff to just even feel a little comfort from excrutiating pain, there is even a brand called "qualitest" for God sakes! not positive, but i believe, food and drug adm., are lowering the strength, to get american's off the drug!!!!! ## From what I've seen, Watson does have a yellow and white version of their "853" generic Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone tablets. They list the dosage as still being 325/10 in the newer white ones, however, there have been numerous complaints from patients who have tried both versions, saying tha... ...

Problems can arise, however, because they are only required to measure against the name brand, not against each other, therefore, when you switch from one generic to another, you may find that one doesn't work as well, because you may not be getting as much of the medication as you were in the prior one. how much does it cost for a script of 120 10/325 narcos with put insurace? ## 100.00 for180 generic ## @chevy, To my understanding, the price is going to be somewhat different depending on your location, whether or not you use any discount cards or have a specific type of insurance that help you pay for your medication, etc. From what I could gather, most pharmacies in my location charge anywhere from $260 to $275 for a script of 120 (10mg/325mg) Norco brand tablets. The generics are of course much cheaper, and reflect less than a quarter of that price for 120 tablets. But I'd imagine the price will be different in other locations. I hope this helps! ...
