My wife took 1/2 tablet of 100mg+500mg of paracetamol for 0 days for pain releife of arithrites. She was releived of pain but lost her appitide, felt heart burning, acidity, and burning sensation in uranary path. when i studied about the medicine on net, i fornd that it may cause the side effects to liver. how for it is true.please any body may guide me in the matter. ## Paracetamol and Nimesulide is used as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory to help alleviate pain, fever and swelling.
