I am taking 5ml. daily, at bedtime for post nasal drip, COPD, reflux (all of which causes chronic coughing.) I am out of my medication and cannot seem to find it in Nicaragau. Buprenorphine, used to treat severe pain. Buprenorphine is also used to treat opiate addiction, however its first use was as an analgesic. ## Need to fill my prescription for Temgesic, I am in Nicaragua, near Rivas. I live in France now.Before that I lived in Venezuela and regularly took Alevian Duo can I get something equivalent in Europe? ## I live in Canada and cannot find Alevian Duo anywhere here. We have found a capsule which is half white and half red with an MK in an oval in black imprinted on each half of the capsule. Any idea what this is? ## I am sorry, but I can't find any information on this. It has popped up a few other times and the theories are that it's a foreign medication, which would also explain why it's not in our databases.
