I have a white oval tablet with 537 on one side and 93 on the other. Could this be a Naproxen? Looking for details about this drug. From Canada. ## I have been prescribed Nova-Naprox DS 550 tabs for neck pain which causes me severe headaches,will it interact with my following meds? Tecta 40 mg, Premarin 0.625 mg, Venlafaxine XR 37.5 mg & Triamzide 50/25 mg. Also, are there many side effects from this pill & are they safe to take? what does Naprosyn look like? Large White/Tan pill? ## I have been prescribed Naproxen Sodium 550mg Tab ITP. My pill is an oblong, blue tablet with the markings "IP" & "194" on one side. Is this the correct tablet, because I'm reading different descriptions and they are always saying the tablet is white or tan???? Help!!!
