Are naproxen 500 Mg tabs gluten free? ## @Wm1202, From what I could gather, the inactive ingredients in Naproxen 500 mg tablets are as follows: -[Croscarmellose sodium]- This comes from wood pulp or cotton fibers. It contains no sugar or starch. -[Povidone]- This is made from synthetic polymers -[Magnesium stearate]- 'Well, we know magnesium is gluten free...' Having seen that list I think it's safe to say that any Naproxen containing this particular set of inactive ingredients is deemed gluten-free. Please be aware however that binders/fillers may be subject to change from one product to the next. I hope this helps!

W 902 is an old marking for this pill. - OR - 2. Captopril 12.5 mg for treating high blood pressure.
