CVS, the one I go to has quit using Watson and has switched over to Alvogn. From what I've read about it, I am leary of it, so I'm asking here....does anyone know anything about this name brand? Is it a fairy new company? I read something about "sliders" and this company using it to the lowest level, I've read so much that I now really live up to my nickname on here...SoConfused!! Just got a refill of metoprolol er succinate 50mg which used to have Watson listed as the manufacturer but now says Actavis. The pills look exactly the same and the imprint is the same with an 831 number but they stink like paint. Never had this before. The pharmacist checked the original container and that stinks too.
