Mexico pharmacies are faking a NUMBER of pills. A HUGE AMOUNT OF THEM are taking bottles of other medications and putting fake stickers on the bottles and selling them as other medications. For example, they take stickers of bottles of flexeril/Cyclobenzaprine and sell them as ambien! I brought a bottle back and had them tested by labs. They tested for what I thought! Cyclobenzaprine! They tried to sell me codeine, which was in fact tramadol! They also tried selling fake lortab, vicoden, etc. I didn't see those pills as I did not need them, but the stickers looked the same. The fake stickers look just like this pic. They keep a lot of fakes under the counter in a basket. So if they pull something out of a basket, not in a case, BEWARE. Know what you are getting in mexico, because I ...

These pills are GOOD! I just got a prescription from mexico (50mg of codeine). I only took half tho cuz 50mg of codeine is a lot to take at one time. It worked great for several hours. ## Just wanted to post the medication dosing guidelines for Codeine, in case you didn't know: "The usual adult dosage for tablets is 15 mg to 60 mg repeated up to every four hours as needed for pain. The maximum 24 hour dose is 360 mg." "Adult doses of codeine higher than 60 mg fail to give commensurate relief of pain and are associated with an appreciably increased incidence of undesirable side effects." "When the patient no longer requires therapy with codeine sulfate, doses should be tapered gradually to prevent signs and symptoms of withdrawal in the physically dependent patien...

it is a pain med from mexico??? ## Afriend of mine just returned from Mexio after having her teeth pulled and dentures made. The Dr. gave her Dorixina for pain and we were wondering, 1. what is in it 2. is there any equivilent here in the U.S. if so , What is it?? ## I was given Dorixina by an MD and relative in Colombia for migraines. I just found info in spanish on the web: it is a non-narcotic analgesic with no side-effects, and can be used with various types of pain (not just migraines). It is a much better choice than hydrocodone/codeine type meds which I have had to take a lot, so I'm very glad to find out about this although apparently it's not available in the US (no doubt for BIG PHARM reasons, since my sample is produced by Roemmers, in Venezuela). From what I've r...

Trying to figure out what this pill is from a photo. Doesn't seem to have any markings on it but might be on the other side of the pill, however there are multiple pills in the photo and no markings on any of them. It seems to be a dark blue/purple color on half and the other half is cream tinted white. If you have any idea what this could be please help!! I don't believe the person who posted the photo is taking it for medical reasons so I'd also like to know if it might be a street drug?? Thank you ## Sounds like the same ones I got while in Mexico. They are tylenol/codeine. ## Mexican ultram/tramadol. Its a non opiod pain med used alot more since opiods are strongly abused. ## I see each of the last two posts are stating that this is something different than what the othe...

Flat pack white tablets Tylex on one side 750 on other side of tablet ## I used this drug in Costa Rica and worked very well for pain;I would like to know where can purchase more of the same; Can't buy it here in California. ## YOU CAN PURCHASE THIS MEDICINE IN TIJUANA NO RX REQUIRED AND NO PROBLEMS FOR IMMIGRATION ## The reason Tylex can't be purchases here is because it contains Acetaminophen and Codeine, a combination which isn't available over the counter in the U.S. In most countries, low dose Codeine products are available over the counter and that includes Canada and Mexico. However, since there is a potential for it to be habit forming, since it is a mild narcotic, the U.S. FDA has not approved such here. You can find more Acetaminophen details here and there are more...
