How are you doing? If you are trying to get pregnant and want the best possible outcome, then you should check with your doctor, before taking anything new, even something that is just a supplement. It would be the best and safest thing to do, in order to try and prevent another miscarriage. As to not being pregnant again, yet….that could take awhile. I currently take Metanx which is a perscription vitamin. Is Folbic a good replacement. Metanx is expensive and my drug plan does not pay for but will pay for Folbic ## Folbic is similar, since it contains a form of Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin and Pyridoxine, but the formulations for absorption are different. Such a supplement is generally given for Vitamin B12 deficiency and accompanying symptoms such as anemia and nerve problems such as numbness, tingling, and pain from certain neurological disorders.
