It would be the best and safest thing to do, in order to try and prevent another miscarriage. As to not being pregnant again, yet….that could take awhile. I currently take Metanx which is a perscription vitamin. Is Folbic a good replacement. Metanx is expensive and my drug plan does not pay for but will pay for Folbic ## Folbic is similar, since it contains a form of Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin and Pyridoxine, but the formulations for absorption are different.
