Is there methyl cobol 0.5mg tablets? How does it helps a patient with less then minimum vitamin b12 level? What should a patient eat? ## Hello, Suruchi! How are you? This is a form of vitamin B12, so it will help restore levels to where they should be. As listed by the FDA, it may cause nausea, in some people that take it. As to foods that are high in it, they include shellfish, beef liver, mackerel, fortified cereals, crab, red meats, low-fat dairy products, cheese and chicken eggs. Is there anything else I can help with?
