Is there such a thing as a 80 mg.Methadone?I know there is a 40mg pill,but is there an 80mg??? ## No matches came up based on an 80 mg dose. I would have to say no. If anybody knows otherwise, please post back ! ## No there is no such thing as either a 40 or 80 mg pill...there are 40 mg wafers of which are only availiable through a clinic. There are only 5 and 10 mg pills... And they are the worst drug ever invented. Great if you are gonna be on narcotics literally for the rest of your life!! you will never get off them and if you do your memory will be ruined. My dad has had 13 back surgerys as well as an electronic stimulator for his legs and he went through the 100 mg of norco a day(made him angry) and the 80 mg of oxycontin a day and after finding out he liked the buzz he weened dow...

I NEED TO FIND A DISTRIBUTOR ## Sorry, this is an information only site, this site does not sell, nor distribute drugs. ## I can name off 2 manufacturers of the 40 mg dose (although I believe they may be getting discontinued). Anyways, they are Mallincrodt Pharmaceuticals and Cebert Pharmaceuticals. Have you had any luck? ## 40mg methadone WAFERS not "biscuits" are used in clinics only. I doubt you will be able to find anyone other then a methadone clinic to give them to you. I think maybe a pharmacist can order them, but will he? Unless you go to a mom and pop drugs store as opposed to Wallgreens, CVS, etc. you won't get them. Sorry, but I am 90% sure of what I am saying

I have been prescribed 270 10mg. Methadone tabs for approx. 20 years after being diagnosed with Hep.C. After the orange wafers were no longer avaiable, the 10 mg. Tabs were prescribed instead. Had no problem getting them from local pharmacies, suddenly fri. my reg. pharm. stopped supplying it. Have no idea where to find them now. I need an idea of where I can get the script. Filled in Palm Bch County Fl.? I take this drug as prescribed for liver & severe neck & back pain from a car accident and also have severe fibromilgia. Hello im on methadone,i have been for 6 years. ive been on the internet like crazy trying to find the names and addresses an phone numbers of methadone clinics that give us the option between methadone pills(wafers)or 10mg tablets or liquid. Ive been on the liquid and i absolutely hate it,it dont diges good at all,all clinics should give an option considering between the pill form an liquid form,not everyones body is the same i know my body, and it doesn't metabolize the liquid like the other peoples. Did Mallinckrodt stop making their methadone,all the pharmacies in Bloomington,Indiana switched to a different company.I have taken the Mallinckrodt brand since they stopped providing the 40mg.methadone wafers to patients.Please help. ## no we have then here in NC...methadose(mallinckrodt),the orange 40's(mallinckrodt) and the liquid(mallinckrodt),along with the 5's and 10's ## I haven't found any information on their discontinuing it. i go to the methedone clinic and i am on 90 mg. a day and i go once a week and i get 6 day take outs and it seems to me that when i go on friday my orange wafers are fresh for that day i watch the nurse put them in water, as for the other 6 bottles they are alredy premixed with water so i somewhat feel my medicine on friday, as the week goes on 2-3 days later i do not feel like i have taken anything it feels less potent, does anyone know if it loses potentecy for being in water for a week or two ## my oppioion is suboxone is alot better a family dr can give it to u medicade will pay for it and u get a 30 day supply ## I'm on 50ml of methadone a day and it totally works... no cravings, for the first time in 10-12 years i truly feel in control of my body, mind and soul. Hey, I've been taking a quarter of a suboxone daily for the past year and haven't been able to get my hands on any so I've come across a few 10mgs of methadone; it's not the wafers but the pill. This is to be dissolved in my mouth, correct? Also i know suboxone and methadone are totally different but i wonder if i took 5mg if it would work? I don't want a high, just not to be sick and feel normal. ## Case, If you don't want to feel "high", just "feel normal", then why take anything? Your question makes no sense.
