Do you mean that score is sometimes horizontal and sometimes vertical? Or that it sometimes seems to be off center? For example, I have seen pictures from round white with imprint 54 over 142 on one side and a score in the middle on the other to Pink, scored 4 ways with Lilly and U53 below it. I have been taking Methadose for 4 years and recently the shape of the pills was changed and they do not give me any pain relief. What could be the reason? My Dr put me on 10mg methadone one. 6× a day and oxycodone 30mg 4× a day for chronic pain the methadone doesn't help my pain a bit and takes away the little relief I get for a couple hours from the oxycodone.I told her the methadone doesn't help my pain a bit but she doesn't believe me. ## Hello, Smokedawg! this round pills has the #10 printed on 1 side with a line direclry through the entire pill from left to right. the other side has four marks, two simple seperae dots, 1 is imprimted heavier than the other and also the other two shapes imprinted are like apostrophes ( ' ) again one is imprinted heavier (darker) then the other. ## I can't find anything listed in the U.S. databases as Methadone that meets this description or marking. I live in Warner Robins, GA and have noticed that Methadone made by Mallinkrodt (rectangular shaped pill) is now no longer available at any of the pharmacies in this area. I (1) would like to know why I am unable to find this brand anywhere locally; and (2) would like to know who do I file a complaint to about this. The only form of methadose available is from a co. called Roxane. They now have a monopoly in this area and their product is inferior to Mallinkrodt's. This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management. All in all, it is an opioid similar to Morphine, Dolophine, etc. ## I'm sorry, is the word you are trying to use here coffin?
