What is difference between Maxgalin 75 and Maxgallin ER 75. I took first one for more 3 months. Later Dr changed to ER 75- I do not get any relief. I feel my leg fingers tough from inside but out worldly these are normal with all movements. I feel fingure toes burning all the time. I am a diabetic of over 20 yrs but it is under control. My wife is having pain in back and neck from several years. She was treated with typical medicine like Diclofenac and Loback by an orthopedic doctor. We have consulted a neurophysician few months back. He prescribed, "maxgalin er" for a month. It has given a relief for couple of months. However, we have observed a side effect that she was having internal balls like ones inside the muscles (May be nerves?) which don't have any symptoms from the outside.
