how long i have to use and how can i use it ## I m advised by my relative to take "mashyne" for my knee ache.& I took 3 sachet of it. But I donot know how to take this & how many? I'm living Norway. I have VITAMIN D problem. as like 0%.. I'm often tired and getting lazy. and sleepy. but i work 13 hrs pr day. but i got bone prob. 30yrs old. but hate to take ten. I'm so allergic. so i don't do. but whn i wr in in india last month i got receipt for vitamin d mashyne sachet. 8 small pct in the box. how many pck can i use pr day or week. is it help in this cold country.. pls answer me asp. ## Hello, Sinthu! i am 21 years old. i feel like deficiency of vitamin d in me as i m not allowing my skin to get exposed in sun which cause change in my skin color tone and due to heavy schedule my diet is also disturbed. my skin tone has been changed. one of my friend recommended mashyne. should i start taking mashyne sachet considering my age or should i must take any other vitamin d related medicine.

I am suffering from PCOS and I am under weight (39kg) and I Have Been Trying To Conceive For last 2 years but i didn't get pregnant yet and my doctor Prescribed me to take "ovacare forte a b tablet" ... how can i gain weight ?? and is this tablet help me to conceive? i am very confused please help me ## I have PCOS from last 1year. mashyne sachet use 1 packet per week Before use this packet drink some juices. If have vitamin d problem causes bone problem with cramps.
