I also have m 724 with a cross on back side i know its a muscle relaxer but is ut safe to sleep on i been taking half i didn't know if the whole thing would hurt me or make me sleep better thankyou ## Hello, Deedee! WHITE ROUND ## Is there an additional piece after the M that looks like a small, half circle? The only thing I am finding that may match this has that, because the marking is intended to be MP 727, but they use the line of the M to form the back line of the P. If this is your pill, it contains 1mg of Folic Acid, a nutritional supplement, most often used by women during pregnancy. Could this be your pill?

Is it a 5 mg oxycodone pill, used for pain? I've taken oxycodone for 3 years until my pain management doctor bumped me up to 10mg oxycodone. As of now, the closest match that comes up in the U.S. drug databases is marked "M 7113" rather than "M711" This pill is white, round with the letter "M" inside a box one one side of the pill. The other side has the numbers "7113" sitting above a score line. The pill I described above is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride (50 mg); which is used in the treatment of pain. Small round mylan pill with 271 and rond pill with cursive v line 4839 all are white.
