What is a tablet with N367 on it? Is it a vicodin or 10/325 combination?? I thought my pharmacy gave me M367. What's the difference please? ## Is the marking possibly N 357 7.5? If so the tablet is manufactured by Novel Laboratories, and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Mallinckrodt hydrocodone/apap pills several years ago changed. This sounds like a similar thing to what used to be the caplet (large) shaped pills; M 0367 is now the M367 10/325mg tablet. I believe that they all changed to the same size and shape, dropping initial '0'. Some codes went out of use, most changed inbthe way described, but this tablet, if one og those, is unlikely to be of use, those things having changed well over 15 years ago. Advice; email Covidien. When in doubt... I did the same with Aspen re: Pax diazepam and Purata oxazepam, recently changed, and received courteous reply reassuring me within 48 hours. WHITE OBLONG TAB ## This is a generic for Vicodin, a very potent narcotic pain killer. It contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs. ## Hydrocodone M357 is 7.5 Mg of pain killer and 500Mg of Tylenol (watch your liver). M367 is 10Mg pain killer and 325 Mg asprin.

WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
