white oblong pill with imprint M353 ## Since this imprint was posted several times and I've been repeatedly searching for it, I have finally found my best guess based on the fact that they said it was white… I think this may have been the tablet with the M 358 marking and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Vicodin, Norco or Lortab, which is a narcotic analgesic. I have been taking for 60 days and the first presciption from walmart did not help but the second refill is too strong and i cut them in half please explain why they are so different they both say m357 mallinckro ## This has been reported many times with the tablets manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. I can't say with any certainty, but it appears that they may have quality control issues. Have you tried using a different pharmacy, or perhaps asking at Wal-Mart if they can get tablets from a different manufacturer?

Started with M358 7.5 Hydrocodone next time I was given pill 3594 and didnt think that it worked as well . I have had it three times now for low back pain and today back to M358. Is it simply the manufacturer? ## Both tablets contain 75mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one manufacturer to another, so you may just not be getting as much in the ones with the 3594 V marking from Qualitest. How long does it take for lortabs to expire?And can u still take them? ## Once they have been dispensed to you, in a pharmacy container that means they are exposed to the elements, they are good for one year from that date. Learn more Lortab details here. They don't get dangerous once they are past the expiration date, but they do degrade with time, so they will gradually lose effectiveness. This way I can better help you locate a description. ## I believe that instead of M35B, the corrected imprint is actually M358 (an 8 instead of a B). There is a white oblong tablet with a score mark on one side and M358 on the other side. This is a narcotic painkiller (generic for Lortab), which contains Hydrocodone 7.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg.
