I was taken off lortab10/650 and give the lortab 10/325.since then I have felt really bad..sleepy.no energy etc.has anyone else had a problem like this? ## This isn't as potent, since it has the lower dose of Acetaminophen in it, so you may be experiencing some minor withdrawal symptoms. How long have you been taking the new dose? Your body will usually adjust after a week or two.

blue pill ## I was wondering if anyone knows What other pain medication has the same inactive ingredients as brand lorcet 10/650? I'm trying to find out if Vicodin or norco brand if either have the exact INACTIVE INGREDIENTS. Lorcet has been discontinued and its the only pain med that worked for me so I thought if I could figure out which other pain med has the closest inactive ingredients since all have the same active ingredients this might help. Thanks ## I'm having the same problem!!! I don't understand why they keep messing with things that are working for people!!! First its the dye in them, now its the tylenol. If someone abused them yes l can see it hurting your liver. I would like to know how many cases they have as for their proof so they could change everyone'...

MY DOCTOR SAID THEY DONT MAKE LORCET 10/650 AND I HAVE BEEN ON THIS MEDICATION FOR SEVERAL YRS. WHAT SHOULD I DO OR IS IT TRUE ## Hello, Denise! How are you? Yes, it is true. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts of Acetaminophen, plus the risks of overdose, the FDA requested that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in all combination prescription medications to no more than 325mgs per dose. Learn more Norco details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Lower dosages will be available, you can still get the different doses of Hydrocodone, but they will all be coupled with n...

I have been taking HYDROCO/APAP TAB 10-650 TH the description on the bottlte says "blue scored oblong tablet side 1: M361 Side 2: The pills I rec'd are a smaller oblong white pill with a large V on one side ane other side is scored with 35 on one side of score and 92 on other side of score. These do not give me any relief what does the description tell you? ## The V 3592 is acetaminophen/hydrocodone 500 mg/5 mg. ## That is correct, the tablets with the 3592 V marking are a lower strength, containing only 5mgs of the Hydrocodone and 500mgs of the Acetaminophen. Have you contacted your pharmacy about this? ## Yes I did contact the pharmacy twice and the pharmacist both times claimed that they were the 10/650 just a generic brand by a different drug company, thanks for your reply

I am wondering as far as strength and pain relief when comparing darvocet 5114 V to lorcet 10/650 as far as ingredients and side effects mainly ingredients ## The Darvocet is a much milder narcotic, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, which is the mildest available. The Lorcet contains the Acetaminophen with Hydrocodone, which is much stronger. They are both narcotics, so the side effects are about the same and can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. You can read more about them here: Do you have any other questions?

What is the difference between Watson white 10 / 650 and the green Watson 10 / 650? ## The first notable difference is that Watson 825 contains oxycodone hydrochloride, while Watson 503 contains oxycodone bitartrate. I'm assuming that this is what effects the overall absorption rate of the drug itself. Another difference is that each of these pills contain a different composition of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that may also have an impact on how efficiently the drug is metabolized. In addition to that, both of these tablets are generic versions. The FDA permits generic meds to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient. So if one tablet has -20% and the other has +20%, that's a 40% difference in dosages; and for some people this probably feels equi...

What Is Better: Watson Lorcet 10 Or Norco10/325 - And What's The Difference? ## If the dosage is the same, then the only difference is who has manufactured it. Both contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Are there any other questions? ## my doctor had me on lorcet 10/650 and change to lorcet 10/325 what's the different are they the same?I had three back surgery ## The only difference is the amount of acetaminophen contained in each pill. The 10/650 dose contains 650 mg's of acetaminophen and the 10/325 dose contains, you guessed it, 325 mg's. He had to switch because the FDA does not allow doses of acetaminophen over 500 mg's per pill, in any pill, w...

taking 10/650 what is next ## If this does not work for pain control you may need to move onto oxycodone or brand name Roxicet, Percocet. They are usually next in line. If those don't work then onto morphine, oxycontin, or something like the duragesic patch. ## Yes, nenene is correct, that is the highest you can get in these types of drugs, unless you happen to live in an area that has a druggist who still does compounding, then your doctor can request that they make you capsules in a higher strength, but there are very druggists left that do that, so they are very hard to find. ## Thanks FDA for screwing up My Life I had no problems at all with the blue m361 hydocodone I have chronic back pain don't understand why u couldn'tjust put a warning label on if it bothers some peo...

What is the medication with these markings IP204? ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this combination could be considered a generic for either one, though many doctors refer to Lorcet as being the product that contains 650mgs of the Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic pain reliever, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with? ## My apologies, it's been one of those mornings. Lorcet would actually contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so the tablet you were asking about would be a generic for Percocet, because it contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. ## which is considered a stronger medication overall, Lorecet or Norco? light green watson 503 ## This is generic Lorcet, Lortab, Vicodin. It has 10mg of hydrocodone, (addictive and strong narcotic pain killer), and 650mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol.) It is used for moderate to severe pain and can cause constipation, stomach aches, (especially if taken without food), euphoria, marked drowsiness, dizziness. ## A note that I want to add here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are major concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of overdose. Some manufacturers have already begun to implement the change and the rest are e...

What is the difference in the fillers of a white Watson hydrocodone 10/650 and blue qualitest10/650 with imprint m361 ## Hi Jack, From what I can tell, there's not really a big difference in the binders/fillers found in each of those medications. But perhaps enough to warrant a different reaction in some people who may have sensitivities to genetically modified ingredients, such as corn starch. Hopefully the lists below can help give you an idea of what you're actually putting in your body with either medication... The inactive ingredients contained in "M361" (10/650) are: crospovidone magnesium stearate cellulose microcrystalline povidones starch corn silicon dioxide stearic acid The inactive ingredients contained in "Watson 503" (10/650) are: anhydrous lactose ...

sever back pai i have had it for 8 years i have three girls and i;m oh disabilty ## this is the strongest dose of a narcotic known as lortab, vicodin, and lorcet (all name brands.) they are extremely addictive as they are opiate narcotics. it is usually prescribed at the dose you have for moderate to severe pain. one has to be careful not to take too much or more than prescribed because it has a lot of acetaminophen or tylenol in it. too much can definantly cause irreversible liver damage. ## If you have chronic, severe pain, you should really be on a time release pain killer such as Oxycontin or MS Contin. The ones you are on are instant release pills which don't last more than 4 to 6 hours and in your case they should really only be used for breakthrough pain.

I have taken Lorecet 10 for quite sometime. They were always blue in color but the last time I got them they were made by Watson and were white. I have nonstop itching with the white. Why? ## Hi, Taylor! Sorry about the problem you're having. And I wish I had an answer for you, but I don't. So far, they claim to have only removed the dye, but many people are reporting experiencing odd side effects, or less effectiveness, which makes it seem that more has been changed. Learn more Lorcet details here. Have you alerted your doctor to the problem? They may need to write your prescription so no substitutions can be made and you can only be given the name brand.

color of lorcet 10mg/650mg ## White HYDROCODONE 10/650 ## I have chronic neck pin ## What are the markings on the tablets in question? Can you please post back and clarify? This information is needed in order to provide an accurate answer to your question. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. I also want to note that dosages containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen are no longer available in the U.S.

I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference other than the manufacturer of the pills? (like, if one is better than the other). The old ones (WATSON) seemed like they took forever to kick in and at t...

I regularly take generic Lorcet (hydrocodone 10/650) for migraines and fibromyalgia. I just started using a different pharmacy. I am used to an oblong blue pill. This new Rx is a white oblong pill imprinted with 1P 114. BUT there wasn't a manufacturer name on the patient info pages or on the bottle. The pharmacist said it's just a different manufact. than I'm used to. I just want to make sure because I have checked several other websites (sorry!) and can't find it. Please help - don't want to take the wrong pill!! Thanks!! ## I am very concerned about this same tablet. I have been taking generic Lortab (Hydrocodone-APAP 10-500) for pain management off and on for several years. My newest prescription was filled by CVS with this tablet imprinted with IP 119.
