What does B P MEAN ON THE BLISTER PACK? ## I naturally want to say "blood pressure" Lol, but the lack of details I'm finding on the internet make me think that it may actually stand for the "blister pack" it comes in. Interestingly enough when I go to look up the main ingredient in "Lorazepam BP" it only lists "Lorazepam" and no other active/inactive substance, like the way you might see "HCL/hydrochloride" after a drug name. Apparently one of the manufacturers behind this brand of Lorazepam BP goes by the name of Taj Pharmaceuticals, based out of India. You might want to try reaching them directly (at: tajpharmaceuticals.com/Contactus.htm) to see if they can verify this for you. I hope this helps!

Atipam-2 is supposedly identical to Lorazepam 2 mg. Is this true? ## Well is it exactly the same as Lorazepam or is it just some kind of knock-off with similar effects? I need to know if the chemical make-up is similar or identical. ## Since this is a foreign drug that is not legally available, nor sold in the US, it is impossible to know for sure what it is, or to be certain of its purity, safety or efficacy. That is the risk you take when ordering from a non-licensed pharmacy online without a valid US prescription. Not only do you not know what you are getting, but it is also illegal. ## Yes, Atipam-2 is Lorazepam 2mg, so it does contain the active ingredient which is in question...

That is what would enable use to identify them for you. If you can post back with this information, I'll gladly see if I can check for you. WOULD LIKE THE MARKINGS, COLOR AND SIZE lorazepam 2mg mfr oualitest ## I found a white pill 5-sided with the markings of two triangular shapes pointing toward each other on one side and the other side numbers are 3760. I want to know what this is. ## Hello, Sal! How are you? That tablet should be round, white with a stylized V on one side and the numbers 4009 on the opposite. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Patricia, that tablet contains 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Hi, I have taken Lorazepam since 1990's off and on again, I hate to say these Cyril 2mg Lorazepam are not worth a spec of a 1mg. I was very sad they were so bad. I am not sure they are real. I even know how they taste- All Brands. These are vey bad meds if they are medication ## Hi Troy, Sorry to hear about your experience with this brand of Lorazepam. From what I could gather, Cyril Pharmaceuticals is actually listed as an Ayurvedic company on google. So I'm not sure if they have any sort of reputation for producing pharmaceutical products, despite their name. This company is also based out of India where quality control isn't regulated nearly as much as the FDA with regards to the manufacturer's integrity. And because this brand isn't available in the U.S., nor lis...

has anyone tried ZONIVAN 2 , a white round pill with a score only on one side. it comes in a 10pac blister pac I cannot find the brand name on the net. It says it is manufactured by Elite Pharma private limited. ## Hi don, According to Elite Pharma's product page (here), I can only assume that "ZONIVAN" is a fictitious name that was made up to help get it off the shelf. They only list 1 brand of Lorazepam by the name of "LORALITE"; that's reportedly available in 1-2mg dosage forms. I also made an effort to search for the name Zonivan online, and found no specific details relating to it AT ALL. This leads me to believe that it's probably a counterfeit of some sort. However, if anyone else feels differently after taking it, please post back with additional info...

Can you tell me if there is a difference between these 2 pills. ## Hello, Doll face! How are you? They are both Benzodiazepines and, as listed by the FDA, are most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. They carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. The dosing of the ones you mentioned are equivalent, you need 1mg of Clonazepam for each 2mgs of Lorazepam. Is there anything else I can help with?

Circled white pill with the letters Gg 93 no marking on the back ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however, I can tell you that this tablet contains 2mgs of Lorazepam, a generic for Ativan. This is a Benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. What is the difference between lorazepam 2mg tab qua and lorazepam 2mg tab act? ## Hello, Annette! How are you? Those are abbreviations for the manufacturers, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and Actavis, respectively. Since this is a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies to help create market competition and try to keep prices down. The FDA warns that this medication may carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking lorazepam 2mg at night for sleep for 5 years. They recently gave me AZI pm - 2 mg lorazepam. It's a round pill in blister package sunny yellow color. Has anyone tried those before? I am use to the small round 1mg tablets. Please help!* ## According to the information you've provided the only difference is the dosage. Have you tried taking them? The FDA warns that Lorazepam carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and mood changes. Ref: Lorazepam Information

Why isn't it showing up in my lab work? Have been taking this for 12 years for panic attacks. ## Hi Shirely, Do you take your lorazepam on an empty stomach or have it with meals? NIH.gov states that this medication may be taken with or without food. But I'd be curious to know if certain foods have any affect on its absorption rate or whether the speed of your metabolism impacts how quickly its excreted? The half life of lorazepam is listed at 12 hours all the way up to 18 hours for its metabolite; which tells me that it should be present on any lab work within this time frame (provided that they are looking for benzodiazepine class drugs). What type of lab work is it; blood work? And is it for anything specific such as a red blood cell count, etc?

I have been taking lorazepam with the #063, and a couple of mos. ago they said they don't have them or can't get them anymore. they tried to give me another pill saying it is the same, 2mg but it is not the same. I have a lot of anxiety for the pain I have all over my body. Arthritis. I am 77 and can you help me by letting me know where I can get this certain pill? I can't sleep at night because these other Lorazepam don't work for me...thank you..I use safeway pharmacy. ## Hi margie, Sorry to hear about your situation. I think a good way to go about this would probably be to ask your doctor to specify a particular manufacturer's version of Lorazepam (such as Actavis), directly on the prescription so pharmacists will know which brand to have in stock or order for you...

I have been taking Loraz 2mg, manufactured in India. They are a white pill with a score, and come in a blister pack with a tan color. Has anyone else tried these? ## So did they help? Mine are small and round with no writing on them, and they are tan. ## Has anyone tried the Lorazepam 3mg tablets from the Indian company Brilliant Pharmaceuticals? They come in little strips of 10 tablets, are round with nothing on one side and a scoreline on the other. They are an off-white color and taste bitter (not as bitter as Zopiclone or Alprazolam), as opposed to the usual sweet taste I would usually expect. They are not advertised as sublingual, but dissolve perfectly under the tongue. I haven’t sent any off to Wedinos as I have tried them a few times, as have others. I have searched the ne...

I take 1 and a half 2mg Lorazepam 3 times a day. What would be close to that? Vistaril 50 mg? ## Hello, Ellen! How are you? Vistaril is not a benzodiazepine, so it doesn't work the same, though it does have sedative like effects, so it can be used to treat anxiety, panic disorders and insomnia. On that note, it will likely make you more tired than the Lorazepam did, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience dizziness and dry mouth. What has your doctor recommended?

I just refilled a prescription for 2mg Lorazepam but this time I got a much larger pill manufactured by Qualitest. The previous med I was taking was manufactured by Actavis/Watson…. Has anyone noticed a difference in symptoms? ## Hello, Angela! How are you? Have you tried taking it, yet? They are just manufactured by different companies, but the medication itself is the same. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. I've taken the one by Qualitest before and it worked well for me, but that was several years ago. ## I have been taking Ativan/lorazipan for a long time, it seem every time I find a brand I like they stop making it, right now I am taking qualitest 1mg, and it wo...

I am really confused about everyone's posts concerning the leading brand Lorazepam. I have been taking the generic form of Lorazepam 2mg for 25 years. I've used every kind, from Watson to the current leading one. It appears that the sugary taste is the primary issue for everyone here. The amount of negative reviews about this company is absurd. They are no different than any other generic Lorazepam; they work the same. The only difference in this pill is the inactive ingredient, which contains potassium, and that's why the pill tastes like sugar. However, my point is, if you are a long-term user of benzos, you would have all ended up withdrawing and possibly seizing if the pill really didn't contain the main ingredient. The ER doctor would have been the first to report t...

My son was given a small round purple pill in hospital tonight. I was told it was 2 mg of Lorazapam. I can't find a picture of any 2 Mg Lorazapam that are small round and purple?
