What is 650 OM on yellow oval pills? ## This yellow, capsule shaped tablet with O M on one side, and 650 on the other was manufactured by Teva Pharmeceuticals, and they list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet, or Tramacet. It is used to treat moderate, to severe pain. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. I bought some bars there the r 0 3 9 their a ligth yellow and when u eat one or dissolve one in ur mouth it doesnt taste as bad so i didnt need any water to finish the whole thing i also dnt feel them kickin in at all. Unfortunately, the colors don't actually mean anything, it would be the markings that would enable the identification of something. If there are no markings, it is most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found?

The pills were for my cat via the vet. The pills have break lines to break in half or 1/4 (this is the cross). In the upper left of the cross is a D. In the lower right of the cross is a 8. There are all kinds of websites that dont recognize a D and 8. ## The reason they can't identify it for you is because this is a veterinary medication. Prescription medication databases only log medications for human use, the FDA does not require imprints to be logged for medications that are manufactured solely for animal use. The pill in question is called Drontal, it contains the active ingredients praziquantel and pyrantel, it used to treat or prevent several types of worms in cats. My doctor prescribed hydrocodon-acetaminophn 10-325 and CVS filled with generic NORCO. Above details on pills and just trying to confirm Norco. Also, I have found WATSON to be a better quality medicine than all the others. My doctor has no problem in adding WATSON to my scripts. Found a small round light yellow pill. It has a score and a strange mark on one side. The other side looks like it has the number four. It also looks like MPS on the scored side. I'm from Canada. please identify this pill, it is not white like cetirizine (zyrtec) it is light yellow. Definite color difference side by side. So we don't think it is cetrizine like what comes up if you put then number in. Round - light yellow- IP 46 on one side /blank on the other ## It should be a white tablet if it has that marking. Are you certain that the numbers are 46? Intrapharm does make many different medications. Where was it found/obtained? I'm wondering if it may be from a foreign source, damaged or something.
