I have a green pill with L2 engraved on it. Is this a Laxative or an anti diarrhea medication? ## I found two small oval pills, light green with L2 engraved on one side, and a cut line on the other side. These were on the floor, and they aren't mine. light green scored, no imprint oval/ rectangular shaped, supposed to be a Xxanax from another country....found several in teenagers room and was told this information. I have looked and searched with no avail.
