I have real short leg pains in both legs ## DOES ANYONE OUT THERE STILL HAVE LEG PAIN AND STIFFNESS WHER LEGS JUST LOCK UP AND IT'S HARD TO WALK ...CLEAN OFF OPIATES FOR 9 WEEKS AND ABUSED THEM FOR 3 YEARS....I READ PEOPLE HAVE PAIN IN THEIR LEGS BUT HAVE FOUND NO INFORMATION ON HOW LONG THIS CAN LAST ...I'M IN P.A.W.S VERY OUT OF IT AND DEPRESSED AND THE LEGS ARE MAKING IT WORSE ...CONSTANT PAIN ): HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE .... ## Have you tried blood flow stimulation wraps? They worked really well for me, I was have insane pain in my leg, could barely walk. I was stuck lying in my bed. They helped a lot, I don't even take medication.

Did anyone experience leg pains while on chantix? Im on day 6 and Im getting sharp pains in my legs,the thighs and calves they even make ya jerk your leg they hurt so bad,then they will go away lasting maybe 3-5 sec. and just periodically through the day.Is this a side affect or just restless legs? ## I am only on day 5, but the first couple of days my right leg appeared to be suffering from restless leg syndrome. i went to the doctors because of pain in both of my legs. the doctor said i had a high creatin level. said that it probley was the zocor and took me off the zocor. has any one heard of this happening? ## It is warned about in the severe side effects section of the Zocor prescribing information, the part that says if you experience this, see your doctor immediately. So yes, it could be from the Zocor, it will take awhile to get it out of your body system, but then once you are clean from it, you should see an improvement in your pain, if you don't then you will want to see your doc again ASAP! I've been taking losartan since February & felt pretty good on it. But in the last month my skin is falling off my face it's so dry & I have constant leg & back pain it's a real effort to walk. I have been on Xeralto for6 months following PE and clots from having a cast on my leg due to a fractured ankle... The cast was promptly taken off obviously with the ankle left to heal with nothing on it..my ankle has still not healed completely and I do have pain in my lower leg and knees some days..how do I know if the pain is from leg muscle not being used for 6 months or the xeralto ## Hello, Maureen! The NIH lists both as being possible causes, since Xarelto has been known to cause such issues as a side effect, in some people that take it. In October I had a PE and have been on Xarelto since. Currently I take 20mg per day and every other day constant pain in my legs and feet. Does anyone here have chronic muscle ache/pain, especially in legs? And have taken Lyrica for that pain? ## Lyrica will only help with some types of nerve pain. It is an anticonvulsant that works on the synapses and neural pathways in the brain. Thus, it really depends on what is causing such pain. If it is due to some muscular condition and not nerve damage, then it may not help. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, mood swings and weight gain. I am taking olmesartan 20mgs and 120 mgs diltiazem per day. Have had chronic, incapacitating leg and hip pain, almost like sciatica, unable to walk, plus a rash on my legs and arms. Stopped dilt for 10 days and pain almost gone. Coincidence or can ths terrible pain etc be related to dilt? Hi I was diagnosed with dvt 2 months ago I'm on xarelto 20mg everyday and lately I had severe leg cramps which was followed by numbness in my non dvt leg I had to go check for any possibility of another clot but no it wasn't so I just came into conclusions that the pain is due to xarelto side effect ## Yes, it has been known to cause muscle spasms, and cramping as a side effect, according to NIH reports. Has anyone experienced leg pain and swelling. I have been on votrient for 12 weeks and now I'm having severe leg pain I already have a blood clot in my left leg, but now my right leg is in pain when I walk. I'm totally concerned as I have experienced several side effects. But this side effect would be better than a blood clot. ## Hello, Kocoa! How are you? Votrient has been known to cause musculoskeletal pain as a side effect in some people that take it, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, change in hair color, weight loss and myalgia. However, since you do have a history of clots, you should have it checked out by your doctor to be sure. I had a hysterectomy a couple weeks ago and a week later had a blood clot in my right calf. I was prescribed Xarelto 2x 20mg a day. Two days later I had excessive abdominal bleeding. Was told to take only 1 pill for the next 24 hours, the bleeding didn't stop and I was told to stop taking altogether. After 24 hours no bleeding so I was told to start back up (this was just a couple hours ago). As of yesterday I have an intermittent shooting pain in my left upper leg, when it hits me the pain is so strong I almost fall to the ground...then it goes away. I have also gained 4 pounds since I started taking it. I hardly eat as I'm still on paid meds from my surgery so it sounds like this may be a side effect as well. I take 10 mmg lipitor for three years with no problem. Three months ago Doctor added 10mmg zedia, this last`month I got this pain in my left leg like cramps, it is there all the time. ## One of the side effects of Zetia is Myalgia, which is basically a very annoying nerve pain. ## You need to contact your MD and let them know about the symptoms you are having. There are plenty of other meds out there that can be combined with Lipitor. You don't need to suffer just let your doctor know. Kelly

I started metoprolol about 6 months ago, and after a few weeks on it, I started having pain in my upper legs (thigh area) and sometimes lower legs. I complained to Dr and they say it’s not from the med. I never had a leg problem and it’s getting worse. After sitting, when I get up my legs feel heavy and painful. I have been prescribed this drug for leg pain, has anyone had this prescribed for related pain. What did it do. ## Yes, I take Cymbalta, and have for approx 6 month. I was diagnosed with human parvovirus, and the fibromyaglia is here to stay. It has does wonders for me. Lifted my spirit as well as has addressed my pain! Can I take both Lyrica for diabetes leg]foot pain and glucocil for blood sugar control together? Are Lyrica and Glucocil compatable? ## Hello, William! How are you? Unfortunately, since the Glucocil is just a supplement, I am unable to check for any interactions with actual prescription medications. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Lyrica as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain. I have had astnmy in left side .nerves and arteries suffered a lot of damage espicaly in left leg.i have constant pain in both areas,not to mention my lower back ,which i was in a automobile accident ,the last bone in my back has dropped and ride on my pelvis .
