Suboxone pharmacy issue

under new laws on dispensing suboxone, what or how much can pharmacies fill? my son is going thru this and he was prescribed 11 suboxone strips a week but local pharmacies wont fill his because they only are allowed to get so much of the medication per month and that they cant dispense to new customers. and the pharmacy that he did find to fill his sobxone strips say now that they can only fill 6 strips per week but doctor is still prescribing 11 strips per week. what is up with these pharmacies and is this the new law as of 7-1-2015??? ## Where are you located?
