My Dr Dermatologist, prescribed tablet: L Cetri M along with other tablets for infected Eczema on my fingers, but the above tablet is not available in stores, but pharma sales man told there is a tablet of other brand called Montek LC. is this tablet the same as L cetri M and is its composition the same? please advice. thanks and regards

I am having sever allergic issues. I get incessant cough due to sore throat. Can I take cetrizine in morning and montair FX in night. Or it is not safe to do so. ## I didn't find any problems or interactions listed, but it is always best to double check to be sure. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. Has your doctor prescribed them both?

Suffering from sore nostrils (inside) and a slightly painful swollen gland to my throat's left (tonsil), I visited a pharmacist who prescribed fenpar and cetrizen, which she advised was an anti-histamine. However, a few hours later that evening, rashes emerged mainly on my upper chest and neck. These were characterized by much itching. Needless, I stopped any further intake of the medication. What could have caused the rashes? I've scoured the net and don't seem to find any association of Fenpar with itching. Nor of Cetrizen. I'm writing two days later - the rashes have disappeared although I get occasional feelings of itchiness in the neck and sometimes arms. I suspect the sore nostrils could have been caused by fumes from a car dashboard spray that my 3-year old had spray

Hi this is padma..i get married 4 months before..i have dought for this okacet tablets..can i used this tablet for cold,, fever,bodypains... any side effects whenn am gettign pregnent time..i was some fear about this tablets.. ## Well from what I know okacet contains cetrizine which is an anti histamine. Hence it is meant to be taken to temporarily drive away symptoms of allergies like a runny nose, itching and watering of the eyes. Don't think it helps any with fever and body pains. Take a paracetamol to deal with that. Side effect is mainly drowsiness but might cause a heavy head and headache. Won't affect ur fertility or chances of pregnancy. Not to worry. used cetrizine for itching on the leg.then itching started whole body.then doctor changed to EBAST-M.any test to find what is causing the allergy.Is it that once we start EBAST-M or similiar medicine we get addicted.Should we have to take it for life?

There are allergy medications such as Zyrtec that contain Cetirizine and other cough medications that contains Phenylephrine and Paracetamol- However I've read that it isn't safe to mix an anti-allergen like Cetirizine with cough/cold medications. It is possible that it is not available in the US. ## RDY 351 is a generic pill for Zyrtec (Cetirizine HCL), an allergy medicine. I bought some from Sam's Club under the brand Member's mark. Can i take a Cetrizine hydrocholride 10 mg tablet twice daily for a cold? I am a 60 year old lady. ## This is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergies, it will not help with a cold and the symptoms caused by a cold. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## 100% incorrect. Certirizine is incredibly effective for headcolds. It clears sinuses way FASTER than a decongestant.

please identify this pill, it is not white like cetirizine (zyrtec) it is light yellow. Definite color difference side by side. So we don't think it is cetrizine like what comes up if you put then number in. Round - light yellow- IP 46 on one side /blank on the other ## It should be a white tablet if it has that marking. Are you certain that the numbers are 46? Intrapharm does make many different medications. Where was it found/obtained? I'm wondering if it may be from a foreign source, damaged or something.

I hv been taking tab ebast -m hs(at night) for 1.5 month for allergic rhinitis.how do i need to titrate the dose.. ? M supposed to complete a course of 3 monthes.. ## Sir, I get a bout of sneezing and watery nose at least once in ten days(NO CHANGE IN FREQUENCY BECAUSE OF WEATHER). I was taking cetrizine+ppa for resolution of symptoms and usually just one dose would alleviate the symptoms but off late my dr prescribed EBAST-M to be taken for 15 days regularly.Will it resolve my problem permanently. co aleva ebastine betamethasone My brother was prescribed with the drug to treat his allergic rhinitis. An episode of palpitation and extreme anxiety occurred after taking it an hour earlier. He was just watching tv that time and had his usual dinner. Can this be attributed to the drug? Doctor had prescribed cefixime and potassium clavulanate for oral suspension, combiflam, cetrison60ml for my younger sister who is 7 year old I have given her all this medicine as doctor said but her fever haven't turn down and she is having bad headache. I am 60 years old presuming fit by appearance, but for 3yrs I've been suffering with dermatitis, mostly in the winter. I have intervals of relief.
