Kidney Blood Treatment

I have had a laser treatment done for kidney stones about 6 weeks ago, then had a stent for the heart 2 weeks ego. I passing a lot of blood and also very painful. One of the tablets for the heart is Plagrol 75mg ## Hello, Ricky! How are you? My brother got traumatized on the left shoulder which resulted to heart palpitations. This was twenty years ago. The palpitations stopped after being on inderal and antiseptics. Now he experiences some severe pain on the left side from the inner ear down to the Kidney area. The pain migrates along that area. It gets more severe when he takes Sugar and red meat. Sometimes he experiences burning sensations in the legs and relieves it by taking a lot of water. He bleeds from the gum when its very hot or covers himself with a heavy blanket. I am a Canadian resident in Costa Rica since 1984. I have a lot of med. problems. No thyroid (papillary carsinoma), ACFA patient, high blood pressure, sick sinus of the heart syndrome, pacemaker, 2 heart valves need replacement, abdominal hernia, needs surgery. foot bunions and distorted feet waiting surgery many years, shortness of breath, electrical pain from osteo arthritis in all joints, and pelvis, impinchment of pelvis, worn out bone surfaces at joints, using a lot of meds for above conditions. Using acetaminophen with codeine, 4 tablets in 24 hours, to cover the pain. Less won't work. Gabapentin 300 mg.cap, Protonix 40 mg.Tab., Amitiza 24 MCG cap, Zegerid 40-1100 Cap, MRI with Contrast ## Gabapentin aka neurontin controls seizures, assists with sleep. I take 800 each night with 12.5 zolpidem which is time released. Ive never slept so well. ## Of the medications you listed, Gabapentin, Protonix, and the contrast medium have all been known to have detrimental effects on the kidney, though such occurrences are very rare.
