First of all, I not only did some research on KeraGro but I also called customer service to make sure I was covering all my bases. The woman I spoke with from customer service told me I would not be charged additionally after the $4.95 in shipping and handling if I were to cancel my account before 14 days. I called to cancel my account the DAY AFTER I RECEIVED the bottle and a different lady in customer service told me I could either send the bottle back or get charged $38 for the trail-bottle. This company is a bunch of crooks. Not only do they not understand the meaning of a free trial. A free trial means you test out the product for 30 days and if you don't like it you can return it. 14 days of taking a supplement isn't long enough to actually see any sort of results. Also when ordering via mobile site the $87.47 charge isn't seen anywhere.. The customer service is horrific. Not even sure if they know what the word customer means or stands for. Ok so ATTENTION to people who are looking at keragro hair pills - DONT BUY THEM! I REPEAT DONT BUY THEM ! So stupid they charge you just shipping which is 4.95 and say it's a free trial but what you don't know is they charge you $88 if you don't cancel within the 14 days !!! Then it's impossible to receive customer service ! Then when you finally get a hold of them they tell you to send back the bottle within 2 days ! There's no way a package can get sent back within 2 days ! So I had to pay 27 bucks for the bottle I already have just so I wouldn't get charged 88 bucks... its a SCAM ! I'm so pissed right now...

Their customer service number is 1-800-835-0958. Once you call keep holding on the line, as it will keep repeating their website name (which is annoying). When you talk to someone tell them you want to return the bottle. They should give you a CANCELATION NUMBER. Make sure you write it down. The cancelation number will go on the returned package along with the return address. Also make sure the bottle is unopened.

is keraglo forte tablets is vegetarian? which co. makes vegetarian tablets for b12 and d3 ? ## These are vitamin supplements, that are derived from our food sources, not directly from animals, at all. As to whatever inactive ingredients, you would have to check that with each individual company. Are you just worried about meat products? Or do you also stay away from dairy and such?

Kerago is a rip off!!! I ordered the product online while serving in Afghanistan, the product came after 14 days on top of that I was unaware I was going to be charged $87 if I did not cancel within the 14 days. The first day I stayed on hold for nearly one hour, I don't have that kind of time and the operator on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I don't see any difference and when I tried to cancel the first month supplements (during my 2 week trial) I could never get ahold of the company, I sat on hold 4 times for about 15 minutes, then was hung up on. when I finally did talk to someone they told me it was too late to cancel and that I had already been charged $90 for the first month of supplements, I told her I wanted my money back and I would send back the product, she said she can't. I ordered the pills well over a month ago they have been sitting in my room at my parents house my mom finally brought them too me because I live an hr and a half away from them now.
