Does anyone know whether the thick R 039 yellow bars are real? Knockoffs? Does anyone thinkthey have any value. I just found out that Actavis was bought out by Watson! Fist they were PurePac then Actavis (yellow bars) and they were the a 10 on a scale of 1-10. All benzos as most of you probably know that are made by Watson are terrible. My pharmacy special orders Actavis Clonazepam for me and I asked for them to do the same but they called me back and said her computer said Actavis but she was sent Watson. Its also all over the net. I wonder if this means out beloved and most potent clonazepam and alprazolam will be Watson when they run out. Ivax was bought by Teva and now the script bottle says Ivax but the pills say Teva. When I got them from a family owned pharmacy the bars were very pale. They had the imprint R039 stamped. When I took them one it instantly dissolved in my mouth. I tasted the xanax which was a mild xanax taste. Do private pharmacies order online? ## When you ask do they order online, yes many do from their wholesaler. Then UPS or another carrier brings it to them. What you describe sounds almost normal although Xanax shouldn't be mild, it is wildly bitter. ## I have to get generic. Need help on possibly fake xanax bars, they are exact duplicates of the yellow P 039 but they are light green in color. I normally take the American yellow bars. They are my favorite. I have an opportunity to try some of these pex 2s from a friend. do they feel the same? How do they compare to crinkle back whites or yellow bars? ## Because these types of medications can and often do affect everyone differently, your best bet may just be to try it out for yourself and decide after a few days to a week or so if this manufacture's brand is really right for you. got yellow xanax bar with 3 slits to make 4 parts, kind of fatter than normal bars with slightly round edges. I have never seen one like this and nothing comes up in pill identifier. They (drug companies) make generic 2mg bars that come in white, yellow and green (the green ones only break into 3 little squares instead of 4 like the other white and yellow, but it's still 2mg too). How do the white round alprazolam 2mg compare to the white xanax 2mg bars? My doctor told me generic brands can be up to 30% weaker or 30% stronger. Also the yellow 2mg aprazolam bars. How do these 3 rank in potency or whatever? ## Your doctor is right, on all except the percentage, the allowable difference by the FDA is plus or minus 20%, not 30. They consider this an acceptable therapeutic window. As to how any compare to the name brand, you are not going to get any information from just providing the color, since they don't actually mean anything and doesn't tell anyone who the manufacturer is. Now I will preface this post by saying that this is IMO, and not based on any actual testing, but my own empirical data and experience. The yellow "School-Buses", of generic 2mg Xanax, formerly made my Actavis/Purepac Pharmaceuticals ... Now that Actavis has been bought out by Teva, the bars may look the same, but 2 whole Actavis/Teva bars is equal to a quarter (4mg/Teva=.25mg) of of Greenstone LLC. ## Whatever you do, don't share this perceived knowledge with your prescriber ## Why do you say that?

OK, so I have some red xanax bars. They are a light red color and they are a round shape. I took these 2mg Alprazolam bars, like a lot of you said- the generic for Xanax. I have taken generics for tons of meds over the yrs & I've never had this happen. But, I swear I had other people at the pharmacy say the white 2mg Alprazolams do NOT work well. I was on half the dose b 4, getting the 1mg "footballs" (people call em that) and I swear 1 of the 1mg Alprazolams worked WAY better for me. I've also hears if you get the 2mg bars, ask them for the green or yellow. They've worked much better than the white bars. Good luck. The yellow bars that have R039 are generics the way you can tell if any generic Xanax are real is by the number and when you put it in your mouth you get a bad taste right away if you don't taste nothing then they are fake or cut down with something and for the white ones as well they have to have a G 3722 and the actual Xanax will have Xanax on it with a 2 on the back but to test every Xanax you put them in your mouth and get a bad taste right away and won't dissolve that fast ## Thanks for the heads up ace! I have r039 yellow xanax 2mg bars and they do not taste bitter like the white greenstone ones. The taste is not completely bad. Also the g3722 do not do much for me besides getting me sleepy. However these yellow ones do make me feel better but the best ones are Pfizer Xanax, these yellow ones are somewhat sweet in taste. Def my fav of the sticks, except the yellow ones. I've been taking this medication for over 14 years and yet to EVER have a Name BRAND STICK, so I cant compare any generic to it, but I've had name brand .25 .5 and 1mg. To be honest I like the sandoz generics better than the name brand ones. Dava 2mgs are a good generic as well. So I think a name brand stick wouldn't be that effective either compared to a dava or sandoz. Right? ## I always get the 2 mg bars with Xanax right on the back. Or the Circle ones from Walmart.
