yellow pill with imprint code 254 ## Any chance that the letters IP appear on the pill as well? There is a yellow oval pill with the imprint IP 254 - and that's Ranitidine 300 mg, generic for Zantac. It is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). My son is an ex H addict turned alcoholic who was diagnosed with MS. He was given this drug as one of the many pills he takes. He abuses her meds, terribly. Lately besides him seeming like he is "high" he is having episodes where he is hallucinating...talking to dead people, imagining people are at his house and trying to rob him..and so on. Lately he sleeps all day and is up all night. We went to his apartment and it looked trashed and he was in such a deep sleep we thought he was dead. those pills were spilled all over the place. please identify this pill, it is not white like cetirizine (zyrtec) it is light yellow. Definite color difference side by side. So we don't think it is cetrizine like what comes up if you put then number in. Round - light yellow- IP 46 on one side /blank on the other ## It should be a white tablet if it has that marking. Are you certain that the numbers are 46? Intrapharm does make many different medications. Where was it found/obtained? I'm wondering if it may be from a foreign source, damaged or something.

Been on 10/325 yellow percocet. I refill at Safeway. They gave me ip 204. What is the difference? I don't get the same relief from the IP 204. They said that is what Safeway is going with. I take this drug for nerve pain..it will make you sleepy when you first start taking it, but no, it will not make you feel high. Not like taking a narcotic pain reliever such as hydrocodone or oxycodone. This is not a narcotic pain reliever.

white, oblong, ip 204 imprint ## This contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this is a generic for Percocet. This is an addictive narcotic analgesic. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth and constipation. ## Is generic IP204 percocet as strong as the real percocet? Not this brand, but another generic brand didn't seem as strong since I'd been taking the yellow 10's.
