I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. These tablets marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are ALL over the counter products. This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 60mgs of Caffeine and 15mgs of Pyrilamine, this is a generic or store brand of Midol Menstrual Relief. What led you to believe this contained Hydrocodone?

The pill is white and oblong in shape. On one side of the pill, there is an imprint of "IP". It's scored in the center, and on the other side, it is imprinted with "111". There is nothing on the opposite side of the pill. I have never received Vicodin that looks like this before. Could it perhaps be something else? ## The generic name for vicodin is hydrocodone. Did you pay less than you normally do for your prescriptions? ## I do not know the cost, I have 100% coverage. Yes, I have taken Vicodin before and yes, I know that Hydrocodone is Vicodin. i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. Trying to ID a white tablet - one side has 1p 112, other is scored. ## The correct imprint actually uses the letter I rather than the number 1. So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). A Mexican pharmacy is selling oblong white pills that say "Watson" and "500." What are they really? ## I'm not finding information on any tablets with just Waston and 500 on them, however, this makes sense if it is something from Mexico. Here in Customs Laboratory Serbia we always need several informations about drugs ## I am sorry, but our drug identification resources are mostly limited to U.S. and Canadian drugs, and even in reference to those, our information mainly pertains to prescription medications and not most over the counter items. It can be very difficult to find identifications for foreign medications and this can be especially complicated by the fact that you are posting something that is coming through customs, so this site doesn't know the exact country of origin to even start looking.
