from everyone's experience, what is Tramadol's effectiveness as a pain killer ? ## Well, when I tried it several years ago, all it did was make me sick. It didn't do anything for my pain. There are some people who seem to have good results with it, but different meds work for different people. Anyone else who has used this medication, please post your experience with it. ## I use Tramadol for lower back pains from several auto accidents and it works really well for me. ## It does not work for me at my prescribed dosage. The max. recomended dosage is no more than 400 mg a day.
