I Have Stomach Pain But Not Getting Periods

Hi, my friend missed her period for 5 days (after her normal period time), then she took a mensovit plus tablet. The next day she had her period, but after two days her period stopped and now she has stomach pain. Please suggest what to do to stop the stomach pain? ## My period date is usually on the 1st, but my last period came on the 26th and bleeding was very light. Can I use mensovit plus capsules? Hi doctor i am married woman (periods regular last period september 21) from past 1 week i am sufferring from stomach pain two times i have undergone abdominal ultrasound scanning and also UA's but everything is fine. i have consulted a doctor and he prescribed Equirix & Mebex first after that also i am getting pain so he changed the prescription to Gramosef (Cefixime Potassium Clavulanate) Tablets & Citrasoda Sachets but my pain is not reducing. please help me out

My Obgyn claimed the endometrial biopsy I'll receive will only be "slightly uncomfortable" and take motrin. 1 I cannot take NSAIDs at all. I have IBS and it'll only make my stomach hurt. That'll be an added issue as my anxiety levels are getting worse as this biopsy approaches. Doing in office I cannot be put under say she did during a D&C which I know someone had her biopsy performed during the D n C. The problems I'm having are identical to hers where my periods are still regular (come monthly) except I began bleeding so heavily that it became unbearable. First day I cannot even walk around. I just started mono-linyah for painful periods about two weeks ago. I missed a dose 3 days ago due to a stomach bug. started bleeding yesterday and its a little more than spotting, only a week and a half after the last day of my period. The blood is bright red And dark brown which are both different from my normal periods. Just before I started taking mono-linyah I saw the doctor for an assumed injury from coughing in my upper right side just under my rib cage. Im worried it might be connected to that somehow.
