Found a very small white round pill with a M on one side inside a box and the number 5 on the other side. There are no cut lines to halve the pill as it is so very small anyway. Found on floor of my van and am worried as to what it may be. I found a white pill that has a M on the front and on the back is L on the top then a line through the middle and 51 on the bottom. It is very small.. It is Generic Tylenol from Walmart. I have the same pills in my cabinet. They are white oblong with P500 on one side and nothing on the other side.
