WHITE OBLONG WITH THE LETTER V ON ONE SIDE AND THE NUMBERS 3536 ON THE OTHER ## Is there a possibility that it says 3596 instead of 3536? If so, then it would be hydrocodone 7.5mg and acetaminophen 750mg. This is a narcotic pain reliever by the name of Vicodin. It is highly addictive and can cause constipation, lightheadedness, marked drowsiness, euphoria. If the tablet really says 3536 then I am unable to find it at this time.

BLUE,OBLONG PILL,W/ 110 ON 1 SIDE & AP ON THE OTHER ## This is not hydrocodone. It is Cephadyn 750mg/50. It is generic for Sedapap and a few others. It is acetaminophen (or tylenol) 750mg and butalbital 50mg. Typically, it is used for serious headaches or migraine headaches. It is like Fiorecet except it does not have the caffeine in it. Side effects include, marked sedation, sweating, blurry vision.

Drowsiness is a very common side effect of all narcotic drugs, the longer you are on this dosage, the more your body should get used to it and the side effects should taper off. Unfortunately, if you are like me, then they never entirely taper off and you may have to fight drowsiness as long as you have to take narcotics. I have been on Morphine and Oxycodone, without changing the dosage, for several years now and I still have to fight drowsiness everyday. why is this being a discontinued medicine ## The only thing that is changing is the amount of Acetaminophen. It is being reduced to 325 mg. The FDA has asked all of the manufacturers of Acetaminophen combination medications to reduce it. The changes will go into effect in Jan 2014.

I have severe back pain from 2 herniated discs, sciatica, disc degeneration and arthritis. I have been taking hydrocodone for years. Started off with 10/750 but now with the changes, down to 10/350. I also take methocarbamol. I've started going to pain management and the doctor has prescribed fentanyl patches 12.5 mcg, along with the hydrocodone for breakthrough pain. So far I've been on the patches for 15 days. After the first few days, I did get some relief but now I'm back to the same pain I was having before.
