Hydroco Acetamino 10 650 Mg

I have a right below the knee amputation due to a land mine that happened in 1968, have never needed pain meds up until 2 to 3 years ago at which time my doc prescribed hydroc/apap 10-650 mg--formerly lortab.Now it has been changed to the same thing only in a 10-325 mg which from what I have been told was due to a change in the law Jan 2014-the 10-650 did a fair job if I oook one every 4 hrs of course the 10-325 do not seem to help very much, have about a 8 out of ten on the pain chart. My wife was given Oxycod/ap 5-325 when she had Cancer surgery, I have taken some of the leftovers and can go 8 to 10 hrs without much pain at all. Can you tell me if they still made this or something equal to it or even the 10-650 lortab that is easily avaviable? Thanks!!1 ## The tylenol in all prescript...

I have suffered from cronic migraines for years. For breakthrough pain relief my neurologist has prescribed Hydrocodone 10/650. When I needed it, it worked well unless the migraine had developed to a complex migraine, then a trip to the ER was needed, and IV hydromorphon and phenergan seemed to do the trick. Now thanks to the new federal law, No more than 325 mg of acteomediphine can be in medications. Now my medication doesn't seem to be working as it once did! Had a tooth extracted and I took two 500 mg of Tylenol. Can I take a 5 325 Vicodin three hours later? ## Yep drink water ## Hi Mark! You just need to be careful of the amount of Tylenol ( acetaminophen) you take. It gives you instructions on the Tylenol bottle as to how much you can take. Remember that the Vicodin has 325 mgs in it too, from what you said. ## If you take more than 650 mg of tylenol, you have to wait at least 6 hrs before taking any more tylenol, that includes the Vicodin. Do not take more than 1,000 tylenol every 6 hrs or more than 4,000 tylenol is a 24 hr period.

It is the imprint that would enable us to identify it for you, the shape and color actually don't mean anything. The imprints will vary according to dosage and manufacturer, but here are some examples: A blue, oblong with M361 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Another blue, oblong with WATSON over 540 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. if the 10 mgs of hydrocodone(loracets) are the same as any other pain relievers containing 10 mgs of hydrocodone (ex: narco, loratab....) why do the 10 mg loracets seem to work twice as good as the others. ## Because the different amount of Acetaminophen plays a role, it basically enhances the effects of the narcotic, so it works better. However, they do have to limit the amount of Acetaminophen that is used, because if a person takes too much of it in a day, it can be severely toxic.
