Based on your description "Hydro Poly Chlo", the only thing I can locate is hydro-polychloroethene (polyvinyl chloride) also known as PVC or plastic. Hydrocodone is another name that comes to mind, but If you could elaborate a bit more on the spelling I can probably find more information for you. My wife as an allergic type react when codone or hydrocodne or any drug with codone in it. She starts itching and gets jittery and said she can't stand her on skin. Will it be ok without having to see a doctor? ## Since this is not a sterile solution, like it would be for the eye, it would be best to have it checked out, just to be sure.
