How Strong Is Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 5 325 To White

I'm presently taking Hydroco/APAP 7.5/325 which are white with 1P115 stamped on it. I was previously taking hydrocodone which were peach colored. With the white ones they are not as strong. I have to take two to get relief from chronic pain. With the peach colored ones I could take one and worked fine. Why would they be different if suppose to be same thing? Confused? ## Mine is different....I am also trying to figure out why the peach 750/325 are not working as well as the White!!! I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same. I found that the blue version of Watson 540 is simply manufactured or distributed by more companies than just Watson. Do you have any other questions or concerns? WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

ive been taking the 10/500 mg loratab I was changed to the Norco 10/325 this month...and it feels like im taking aleve it does nothing for my pain I understand the the switch for the acc but is the pain meds the same...I don't think so ## Hello, Angelia! On the bottle I only remember it saying Hydrocodone, (this pill is white oglong scored halfway ant only has M365 on it. but want to know the strength compared with one I got as a prescription today for a tooth extraction that says 7.5 mg/325 mg. ## The one with the M365 also contains Hydrocodone coupled with Acetaminophen, but it only has 5mgs of the Hydrocodone, so it isn't as strong as the one you just received. I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. I am seeing a Pain Management Dr. Neurodiagnostic center. Had two EMG's on neck and back. I was prescribed one TID. Can not go 8 hours before I take another. Still in pain reqardless. What is the difference between these pills imprinted with 176 and m367? I recently was thrown from my horse and have pretty bad pain. My tailbone was broken in three places.
