I am trying to find out how many Tylenol codein 300-30 I would need to take to be equilivant to Norco 10-325 ? I have been taking Hydrocodone 10 since March for RSD the doctor changed me this week to Acetaminophen/cod3. The doctor said that the law made it where he can not give the hydrocodone any more. I want to know if they are the same? I was told they are the same. I'm scared to take it because I have sleep apnea and a real sensitivity to codone. I get breathing problems and rashes. While the Tylenol 3 has 30mg of codeine and the other has 10 mg of condone wouldn't the Tylenol 3 be stronger ## I have been taking Tylenol 3 for eight years, going 2 to 3 times a day to washroom, eat loads of fruit and fibre. I have to take T3 at least once a day a sometimes not at all Depending on my bowel movements. Norco is the brand name by Watson for 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg of acetaminophen, they also make the generic. Norco is yellow in color and caplet shaped.Originally it was only 10mg, now it's 7.5 and 5, hydrocodone and the same Tylenol in all. Has no codiene in it. These tablets are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 2065 on it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Codeine is a rather weak opiate, so they Hydrocodone is much stronger. Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.
