My doctor gave me Percocet 7.5-325..Half a tablet twice a day, doesn't seem to be working well with my breakthrough pain. I'm also on 30mg of morphine 2x daily. Will switching over to Norco 7.5-325 2x daily help better? ## According to NIH reports, the Oxycodone in Percocet is stronger than the Hydrocodone in Norco. They also warn that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. However, I am curious as to why they only have you taking half a tablet, twice a day? That is a very, very low dosage. Are you on any other medications?
