I goto pain management and get prescribe 60 lortab 5's a month. So I run out in the half of the month do to my pain. But I end up buying subutex to were I won't get sick for the rest of the time being, until I go back to the doctor. But how long does subutex stay in your system? Thelast time iI did something was this morning and it was less then a quarter. But I usually do that amount twice a day. But I go to the doctor on the 23rd of this month and don't need to have that in my system. I have to only have loratab. Can anyone please help me, like asap? ## Treat the doctor like a collegue. I tested myself at home with a home kit and oxy still showed up positive. I only have four days left. U are prob gonna take a 5 panel drug test anyway unless they think you are using drugs or your about to get a job at a fortune 500 company. I only take random 5 panel tests for having a commercial drivers license. Pain killers do not even show up on a 5 panel test either. not even oxycontin. Those are all opioids and only pop on an 8 panel test or an higher panel test. Most all pills leave your system in less then 72 hours....

I've been going to pain management for over six years now. The main doctor over all of his pain management centers got into trouble and decided to take everyone off of methadone and fentanyl. Well I was on 60mg a day for six years. They have been doing a medication rotation on me since then. This is the first month they took the last 30mg of methadone away from me. I am on 40mg of oxycontin three times a day and 15 mg of oxycodone three times a day for breakthrough pain. I'm sure I will have a urine done next month. Should I be clean of methadone since it has had six years to build up in my system or will I test positive for a couple months? Hi, I've been on 30mg of oxycodone a day_-20 mg on waking and 2 sep. doses 5 mg through day. I have a severe neuropathic/nerve pain and an upregulated central nervous system which includes akathisia. Is there anything I could take that would give me the energy and good feeling as oxycodone ## Yeah heroin, methadone, oxycontin or any other opiate will give you that great feeling and energy but be SUPER careful! Just by you saying you get "energy" from a pill that is a depressant and downer means your susceptible to opiates in general for addiction. I know I loved the feeling those pills gave me when I first started taking then but soon you will "need" those pills just to function and not to feel good. I'm having some trouble. I'm currently on probation, and I broke my thumb 4 days ago. Three days ago I took a Hydrocodone for the pain (without a prescription.)
