For a 50y/o male, 5'5", 200lbs and fit to take a 30mg adderall on Saturday around 6pm and then had a random urine screen Monday at 11. Will he still show positive? He drank a lot of water from Saturday to the test time, worked out, including 20 min in the sauna. ## Sardaney, In my experience sadly I must say there is a very good chance it will show positive. I am trying to enlist in the Navy but I have to take a urine test as well as a blood test. I am prescribed Belsomra 10 mg. 1 per night. Sometimes if I feel I can sleep without using it I may skip a night or few. I hope to be trying to get another job in future where I will be drug tested. Even with my Dr.'s prescription and I inform them I will not be able to be hired if I show positive. I am taking this med due to a spinal fusion problem and pain wakes me up. I am a Methadone patient. My clinic does random drug tests once a month. They send urine to a lab but just for the standard test and only upon false positives and other rare circumstances they have the lab extensively test (this is done rarely for the clinic is cheap, seriously). Does anyone have EXPERIENCE in what to do to speed up the removal of methamphetamine and its metabolite, amphetamine, from the system (particularly the urine)?? I know the pH of your urine affects how fast it is excreted but what should I drink to get my urine to whatever pH removes everything the quickest? Cranberry juice? Water? I believe if I drink the wrong thing I'm risking increasing the chances of the drug being reabsorbed and staying in my system even longer :-/ I'm pretty sure meth removal is much trickier than heroin or cocaine, and am looking for advice!
