the pill is round with the marking 1254 on one side and no marking on the other ## I was perscribed 20ml methadone pills that seemed to work well for me and later they started to deminish on the pain releif I was getting I thought that I had biult up a tolerance to them, I then realized the Dr. had made a mistake and gave me 10ml pills. I told this my Dr. they said they din't know what I was talking about. But I know I was started out on 20ml methadone. I looked up on the pill imagery and it showed 5. 10, and only 40ml wafer, I could not find the 20ml. but I know there is because I was prescribed it. I read the bottle and it said 20ml methadone..

I recently found some pills that were prescribed to me last year. I took them out of the original container and had them in a pill dispenser. I don't know how many milligrams they are? Hi, I've read these forums for years now and have never posted anything myself but I am in a panic. I have been taking 30 milligram oxycodone 4 times a day for 5 years. I had two major back surgery is and I'm not eligible for a third one due to scar tissue at the surgical site. Every month I swear to myself up and down that I will never run out of these pills again and every month I run out. Well this month it's been the worst I have been taking 180 milligrams that's 6 pills a day for the last 3 or 4 days my prescription runs out on the 24th of this month and I have 12 pills left. My main question is can I start weaning off of it from 180 milligrams down to one pill a day which is 30 milligrams or is that just too drastic of a cut. Also I'm seeing my doctor on Friday...
